I checked what's with sukebanana and she actually... improved. Don't get me wrong, her drawings are still gross and bodies are still disgusting but she changed the way of drawing faces.

What bothers me most isn't even necessarily that they draw Dave black, it's the hideous Macklemore hair everybody gives him when they draw him black. That said, drawing the Striders black screams "I didn't get the joke"; much of the humor involving their characters is social commentary on hipsters, weeaboos, and white kids who rap. Y'know, stupid shit white people generally do. In fact, a lot of the jokes made about the Striders are jokes Tumblr users themselves makes about white people.
Georgia O'Keefe had vagina flowers. This chick has fat ladies.
Honestly even with the cottage cheese thighs these are more visually appealing than a lot of the stuff in this thread. I think that has a lot to do with the technique used. It manages to stand out against a lot of Tumblr art of fat women simply by virtue of keeping things stylistically simple and her use of color, lines and shapes. I'm not saying it's the greatest thing in the world, but I could see the appeal if you're the type of person who likes watercolors of fat ladies inspired by Sumi-e.
Yeah, this is just a fat fetish picture. Tumblr landwhales hate that shit with a burning passion even though it's the only thing that lets them get laid

It's a nice art style, yes, but it seems like Tearzah purposefully limits themselves regarding what they draw. They'll be able to churn out a few drawings a day that feel the exact same and use the same shades of pink and purple. If they used different colours, it would be a lot more interesting... even if it's just using cooler colours, that would at least feel slightly different.
This might just be me, but when Tearzah draws nonwhite characters, it looks extremely awkward... their style seems to have been specifically made for pastel colours, and when darker colours are used it looks out of place (their lineart usually feels way too dark to me - with a style like that, something like brown or magenta should be used & not just black or a colour close to it). The characters they most frequently draw have snow white skin, and it fits into my previous point of purposefully limiting themselves. Even if they have the token nonwhite characters (including their main characters being half Japanese), it really doesn't matter because the ones they draw the most, and the characters people commission them to draw, still look generally the same - skinny (even if they have weird proportions), fluffy hair, and pale skin.
Also, needle eyelashes. Those fucking needle eyelashes.
I find Tearzah's style... cute in a way? It could be nice if they expanded on it. I'd be interested to see them use a wider palette seeing all they use are purples, pinks, reds, and blacks with the occasional blue. Then again, usually people on tumblr have a bad habit of using those colors because it's "cutesy" or something.
I also find a lot of things looking the same half of the time, like poses and backgrounds.
Something that rustles my jimmies, however are the eyes, especially on the character known as "Ash" (aka the OC they draw almost all the time). Not only are the eyelashes like claws or something, but they literally go through her hair. That just bothers me.
But otherwise that, I like the art. They can make anatomy decently and I kind of dig the style.
Perhaps that's just my opinion.

So shaving is actually against the patriarchy? I understand "Oh my! Girls are draw too attractively!" but the way these folk keep drawing ladies with excessive leg/arm hair and "fuzzy face" and slap the word "realism" on it makes it sound like it's completely normal for girls not to take care of themselves.
Oh, you want some cartoonishly diverse humanized Sonic characters? I got some fuckin' cartoonishly diverse sonic characters.
And of course, Knuckles is black, and speak of the devil, here we have a Japanese character literally drawn yellow again! Fun fact, the woman who drew this is also the creator of the short, "Welcome to Hell".
Wow. Terf's character looks really nice. Their art too. I don't like getting touchy with politics, but the drama is nonsense. Especially the comeback attempts of the tumblr folk. They can't even compare to the art.
