I always thought in order to get banned from DeviantArt you had to post a picture of someone setting a baby on fire and then fucking it or something.

The easiest way to ban someone or get banned is doing crappy sex roleplays in the comments so the public can see your cringy handwriting abilities. Ben was stupid enough to do it with a 14 year old while he was in his 20s. It's funny because he was well-aware of the age difference and knew that it was wrong, but i guess his dick was too hard to get some of that fictional mermaid pussy action.

I have in the recent past posted some screenshots of Spacebattles posts in the Trump salt thread (their Whitehall politics sub-forum is a goldmine for Trump related butthurt). Given it's a forum mostly dedicated to sperg about science fiction it's only natural that it would inevitably attract some more eccentric autists or as someone from Something Sensitive put it:
Now to be fair I haven't lurked that place for long enough to find any real lolcows there, but one potential person of interest I have encountered there would be this supreme gentleman. Now besides being an obese fedora tier cringemeister one incident involved another Spacebattles user doxing and impersonating him on a social media site while praising ISIS in his name. As for his Twitter shenanigans and other posts think of him as a lovechild between Linkara and Timothy Craig. I think that while his (current) lack of notability prevents him from being a legitimate lolcow, he does IMHO have the potential to at least be a future rat king.
I will keep an eye on SB, as I'm sure that it may be only a matter of time 'till I find some legitimate Julay there.

For those who like paranoid conspiracy cows, I've found a potentially interesting one: "shadowmasterminds." For the most part, he's a generic "jews are behind everything" nutjob, but I've found some highlights I think are worth sharing.
A 200-page list of Jewish names.
These inventors are Jews because reasons.
Trolls are Jews, and the Jews created the chans.
Autism and ADHD are Jewish frauds.
One of his commenters believes everyone who ever gave him a hard time was a Jew.

His shtick revolves around cringe compilations and "raids", which seem to just be him spamming the comments section of dA fetish pictures and streaming himself while doing so. He has a knack for getting pissy at obscure inflation artists, which would be all fine and dandy if he wasn't so shit at his craft that it ends up making him out to be more of a lolcow than the freaks he's trying to mock.
His claim to fame is this Loud House cringe video, where the top commenters all seem to be in agreement that his editing and love for outdated memes is worse than the actual content.
His dA gallery consists of collages of 4-years-out-of-date memes, abysmal attempts at vaporwave art (itself a 4 year old meme), scribbles of his avatar, and an assortment of pictures of him getting pissed at the previously mentioned literally-who fetish artists.
The moral of this story is to never let 11 year olds on the internet.

Michelle Platti. Fat dumpy conspiracy theorist that has no idea what the hell she is talking about. She has a huge series of Mandela Effect videos where just about every misspelling or brain fart has got to be a Mandela Effect. The amount of unnecessary profanity in her videos can be cringe worthy and can make them hard to get through when every other word is "fuck" in between little factoids that she must have gotten by gleaning Wikipedia for two seconds.

This is my new favorite. This guy's having a psychotic breakdown, so he's been sexually harassing through texts, tweets and other social media messages a girl he went to high school with called Valerie. She's filed a restraining order, which he seems to have found romantic. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Incidentally, for Lady Checkmate fans, I invite you to check out the Disqus "resolution" channel run by the Lady herself. The idea is, if Lady Checkmate has banned you for any of her imaginary transgressions from either of the two channels she runs (Faith & Religion as well as News Network), you ostensibly go here to ask her what on earth gives (as most people do) and then you are told by her in no uncertain terms that you are a troll, and she tells you (often several times) to read the rules of her channel, despite the fact that you HAVE read them, haven't broken them, and are still trying to figure out what's going on. Then she closes the conversation from further discussion, bans you, and goes on to the next person. It's great fun.

There's this guy who I've been following for quite a while now. I wouldn't exactly call this guy a lolcow, mostly because his content is more strange than funny.
He goes by the name Greatest I Am, but he signs off most of his posts with "Regards, DL". He's been active since at least January 2007 - that being the earliest date of the posts from him I've found so far. DL posts primarily on forums (although I have found a DeviantArt account with no art, and an inactive twitter), posting the same OP across multiple different websites. Keep in mind, he's been doing this consistently for 10 years.
His profile picture:
His posts are typically religious in nature, often criticizing mainstream religion for being "false" and "immoral". He is a self-described Gnostic, another one of his pet topics to post about. His "sermons" as I've taken to calling them, use a strange organization, and often come off as disjointed or incomplete. It's often times difficult to understand the primary point he's trying to make, let alone the logic behind those points.
I've been going through this guy's posts for the last two weeks, but I've only recently started to organize and store his posts in chronological order. It's somewhat difficult given that he's posted on several dozen different websites over the years. Luckily, he has been using the same username and profile picture since he started, and given that he posts the same thing across multiple websites, a simple google search of an OP can yield dozens of results.
Here's a list of the five earliest posts from him I've found. I plan to release a full, chronological list of his content at some point. But that could take a while given how dense it is.

This has got to be one of my favorite shitty youtube channels of all time. Seriously, if you have roughly 30 minutes of spare time and can stomach the amount of cringe here, I would _highly_ recommend watching every single one of his videos. In chronological order preferably, there are a few "story arcs" that make more sense when you do so.
Despite his short lived career as a cringe factory and relative obscurity, I would argue that Darth Kenobi11's (pronounced "one one") videos are some of the best in the category. The perfect combination of autistic man-child and le libertarian meme. From confessing his love to some random girl who worked at Walgreens (with his mask on, mind you), to being so deluded that he thinks he would be some sort of "savior of the Internet", Kenobi11 is anonymous.
