I wish you could still post. I'd be interested to see your arguments. It's always hilarious seeing DSP fans try to defend him since pretty much every argument against us you can point out as hypocritical because Phil has done the same thing or worse at some point. The best one is the no life idea for a guy who plays video games so much that he calls getting groceries exercise.

So Phil doesn't have to time to do chores like power-wash the patio, or clean out the spare room if he wants a lodger. He even cancels one of his evening streams to do his weekly grocery shopping, because when else would he have the time?

Yet... he's happy to describe how much wrestling and netflix he watches every night. It's almost like Phil's Relaxation Hours are set in stone, and they simply cannot be interrupted for anything more important. It helps to choose your relaxation hours as 10pm-4am, so that you can't power-wash the patio or do your weekly shopping anyway.

Will Phil ever decide to rent out a room in his townhouse? I feel like that has never been mentioned to him. He could easily resolve his issues if he did but how fucking amazing would it be for Phil to get a roommate?

I've seen it mentioned several times in his stream chat.

It doesn't matter anyway, we're talking about the same Phil that has an entire empty condo sitting in Connecticut that he hasn't rented out and is paying $1500 for (that's what I read somewhere).

If he had shown any moves towards improving himself, then I'd expect baby steps by him working towards renting that out. But we all know he'll come up with some fantastic elaborate excuse about why it's all too difficult and challenging or its "not worth it" or that he doesn't have enough free time.

Keep in mind there are companies that specifically do this for people. They put your property on the market, they collect rent, they send you bills when maintenance needs to be done, they do inspections and they take some of the rent money as a cut. But that will never work for Phil.

It doesn't matter how easy you make something, Phil will always find an excuse about why he won't|can't|couldn't|wouldn't|isn't|never etc.

He won't. And his grand strategy of waiting out the real estate market and expecting that his house price is going to hugely increase in 2-3 years is alarming.

If he had any actual smarts (book or street) he'd move back to Connecticut and rent that shit out. It's even possible he would be able to get fiber internet there and save like $300 a month on his current Comcast bill.

If he was actually smart in any way about managing his lifestyle he'd be making a decent amount of money. He could keep his $800 Keurig and most of his toys.

I'm still in disbelief that he bought a new car this year.

It's basically a bullet point list of decisions to not make in life, and every day he adds more to the list.
