Meh, that I'd be willing to give a pass on them, since it's the kind of joke that a group of friends may engage into. It all depends on how much of an asshole you want to be with the guy who lost the bet: if you're just going to remind him that he "owes" you some humiliating thing you both agreed on the bet and have a laugh, that's ok; but if you're have to actually FORCE the person to do something dangerous against his will, then that's a problem.

The "contract" always sounded like a joke, to be honest. Have you never made a mock bet with friends and asked them to sign a "contract" on a napkin to "seal" it? I'm sure there are thousands of contracts like "if the New England Patriots manage to turn this game on the second-half, I'll eat my own dick with barbecue sauce" who are still waiting for fullfillment to this day.

This is nothing new if you ever played a MMORPG and was part of a guild. I know I'm going to get hate, but I'm surprised Drgnkiller isn't a lolcow. I know people give him a free pass due to the fact he takes DSP's quotes so people don't have to bother tuning into DSP's content. But his whole twitter account is 99% DSP based for the past 4 or 5 years. He sometimes uses others tweets too I've noticed, but not all the time. He also gets salty when DSP bashes Nintendo. He sticks his nose where it doesn't belong, he loves the drama. He was doing damage control regarding the SoK leaks for the past few days.
