John Malkovich is a gent. Watched him once live and he gave a great performance. Doug has really shit taste if he's gonna go and dislike him.

Also I'm pretty sure Eragon has been reviewed by three folks in Channel Abortion already; Erod, Film Brain, and Il Neige (one of Goldmark's harem boys).

I saw him in Glass Menagerie and his acting was absolutely phenominal. Doug obviously doesn't know anything about acting/film if he thinks Malkovich is untalented.

If I had to live on ever-dwindling Patreonbux drudged up from minor internet fame that's running on borrowed time I'd have lost my hair too.
I'd pick the easy way out and end it all. I wouldn't wish such a hell on my worst enemy.

Speaking of CA's latest YT video...
According to Socialblade, over the last 30 days, Channel Awesome's YouTube account has experienced an 8% drop in total view accumulation. 'And a 21% drop in total subscriber accumulation. For an account that has over 925,000 subscribers, this is bad, as it makes the channel appear to be a bloated, decaying whale on her last legs.

Further more, in terms of their monthly viewership, as of the 1st August 2017(which covers the July 2017 ratings across the board), CA have incurred their fourth lowest monthly viewership rating with 17.33 million, behind May 2017's 16.21 million, February 2017's 16.06 million and January's 10.31 million.

In terms of monthly sub-counts, CA has experienced a 6.5K drop from June 2017 to July 2017. While not as high as the 27.66K drop from November 2016 to January 2017 (their highest sub-count drop since February of the same year). Their daily averages as of today are just around the 750 new subs a day mark, which is barely holding firm.

Additionally, the account is earning them approximately £88-£1,400 a week(or $114-$1,836 a week). Which means for every video they upload, per week, they're just earning within weekly minimum wage levels in the United States! So they're not failing, but they're not winning either.

Spoony wrote a spot on text review of it years before Channel Awesome was a thing. Honestly im sick of it. You can only go "lol it's Star Wars" so many times.

Christ on a bicycle, it looks like Doug is already jumping on the opportunity to shit on the new It movie even though it hasn't even come out yet and appears to already be well-received by the general public.

We get it, Doug. You hate Stephen King. The more obvious choice would have been The Dark Tower but whatever.

Has he ever said anything liking about mature movies or does he just like popcorn trash?
He did a list years ago of his all-time favorite films that included a few mature ones. Nothing totally obscure or out there, but I wouldn't have expected Doug to be a fan of Lost in Translation or Eyes Wide Shut, that's for sure.

Wow. I never expected to agree with Doug on movie tastes.

I guess we will be seeing this new adaptation of IT on a future "Movies I Hate But Everyone Loves" list. And I guess King's tweets against Trump did not sway Doug from his disliking of Stephen King.

and he already took a dump on it

finally proving he is an idiot even to the last person on earth

It doesn't surprise me. He's stated before that he's never liked the book and the way he talks about it makes it sound like he completely fails to understand the novel's central themes that were present in the movie. I don't know what it is exactly about Stephen King that triggers his need to blow shit everywhere but whatever. It would have been expecting too much out of him to go and see it with an open mind.
