This art isn't nearly as bad as most of the shit showcased here, but I figured I'd ease myself in and thought they were worth mentioning since they're supposed to be human versions of Transformers (from a series that's unbelievably SJW on its own but that's a whole other story)
Basically since the characters have no "set" human appearance (the exact same problem with Homestuck) the worst fanartists just go crazy. I could easily find worse examples with a quick search on tumblr but for now...

Look at the blonde's right arm - I'd be ashamed to show something like this. And I understand some people are starting out, but the major mistakes in this picture could be easily fixed by anyone.

To think there are artists out there that open up patreons and commissions and sell such art is so surreal to me.

Also, are you sure that's Lapis? That looks more like a fan character. Last I checked, Lapis' eyes were blue, and she didn't have a football-player-neck. This looks more like a deformed Lapis with the downs.

You'll be surprised the amount of redesigns tumblrites do to established characters to fit their headcanons, compounded with pretty bad anatomy. It could be an fan character that happens to have a lapis lazuli as its gem, but it's pretty hard to distinguish at times.

This character later starts rapping and styling his hair in dreadlocks (it makes sense in context, sorta) so I can't help but think the artist was offended by a white person doing this, so she tried to fix it retroactively.

Yeah, SU is low hanging fruit and always has been, but like charmaide said there's been a fairly recent surge of redesigns from "SU critical" fans who now hate the show cause it doesn't pander to every single thing they demand. Other than the fact that their redesigns would be a complete pain in the ass to animate (as if SU's animation isn't already shit) a lot of them are just plain ugly and obviously look nothing like the character they're trying to replicate. Not that they care, as long as they get their :autism: out there in some form.

I didn't think these sorts of artists existed for ClassicaLoid... I thought it had a super tiny fandom in the west.
There is Bach, who is canonically black in the show (and his Musik is stuff like RnB and disco), unless they think that clearly the one that has a rap-based Musik needs to be black, which feels pretty racist.
The art also just looks ugly and has no resemblance to Schubert whatsoever.
