Although I don't disagree that Ross is a potential danger to both himself and the people around him, I can't say I'm not still laughing at him now.

I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that he has yet to cause any significant harm—the dumbass thought the Febreze would kill him but it ended up doing nothing, really, and the only other things he's done besides that were arguing with his grandmother as well as empty death threats and REEEEEEEEs at random people on the Internet. It's a big reason why shows like To Catch a Predator are so entertaining—while the guys Hansen deals with who walk in with the intent to prey on children are sick fucks without a doubt, we all know they're just caught in sting operations where they can't actually touch a single hair on a child's head. And much of the humor comes from the excuses they make to justify their behavior, much like what Ross has been doing up until now.

However, I do agree that all good things come to an end. This saga needs to be put to rest before things get even worse than they are now, but I just can't depend on Ross to keep his mouth shut. I now see why some people aren't willing to laugh at folks like Randy Stair—as autistic and cringy he was, he was a genuine threat; he did succeed in killing others before taking himself. We all saw how terrible his shooting skills were, but he got better at it over time, and it showed. In a similar if not the same way, people say that Ross doesn't have the resources necessary to kill himself, let alone other people, but who's to say that won't be the case later down the road? I don't know if locking him up with the guys who've met Chris Hansen is the best way to end the story, but he needs to be in a position where it'll be impossible for him to hurt others—physically, emotionally, or otherwise.

I'm already satisfied with the things we've got: the excuses he's made for looking up pictures of naked kids in a bathtub on the Internet, the Shaggy-style "It wasn't me!" deflections he constantly made to Metokur on one of his streams, all the troll-shielding people like Ruby the Hole have done in his defense (although it looks like she's finally seen the light :optimistic:), and, of course, the sweet, sweet REEEEEEEEEEEEs. Now some epic series finale needs to kick in, but what's going to happen is something I'm not quite sure about yet. I'll just have to stay tuned for the coming weeks or, hell, even months.

In all seriousness though, I predict some pretty direct action by authorities in the days to come. There's a veritable mountain of evidence and several confessions floating about at this point... The guy hasn't exactly done himself any favors by repeatedly jumping back into the fire he started either.

No it caused severe shitting of himself. But to Ross that was a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Turns out there are videos of people drinking fabrzeeze on youtube. What the hell is wrong with the people doing this shit? First setting themselves on fire in the fire challenge now drinking cleaning products.

Honestly, this is still true. Maybe Ross really is dangerous and maybe a wellness check will uncover a situation where intervention is needed but let's be real.

Apply occam's razor, Ross was abused as a child and bullied through school, he craves abuse and drama. It's why he turns the people on his side against him, it's why he goads people in to attacking him, it's why he says and does all the retarded shit he does. These people on the streams are giving this child exactly what he wants and he'll keep escalating over and over again until people stop.

I'm enjoying listening to this train wreck just as much for the other spergs on these live streams as Ross

I read "...the creators of this thread...are pretty spergy" as hindsight implying that the making of the thread itself was particularly exceptional. This would be an impressive call on page 3, but when you say it on page 63, it's like a German in 1947 saying "that Nazi thing might have been a mistake."

But I likely read it wrong, so carry on.

No, that makes sense too. Anyway, my point wasn't really directed at yours, just an observation that Ross is like the Hindenburg and I know I wouldn't climb on-board.

I'd be very surprised if anything changes with Ross. He seems to have behavioral issues & possibly reduced mental capacity but not to the point where the state will step in to provide the family any resources. At most, they'll subsidize a weekly visit to a psychiatrist who may prescribe meds. He hasn't committed any crimes (that we know of). Anyone who thinks he'll be warded by the state because he admitted to viewing images of naked toddlers in the bathtub online, or saying he had thoughts of shooting up his school because he was bullied, is more exceptional than he is. Anyone who has experience dealing with a family member like Ross & trying to get the state to step in & help knows I'm right. They'll visit, fill out some paper work & keep a file on him. Nothing more.

He actually was involved in doxing King of Pol using his past voter information, which is super illegal. But I agree that he prob wont change anything about his behavior.
EDIT: Ross also stated that it was 11-12 year old kids in the bathtub he was looking up, not toddlers.
