Oh, I've tried posting there. I don't really involve myself in anything beyond discussion of the universe, so I usually avoid the game arguments. But Fallout 3 and New Vegas are both so divisive it's funny.

So there's this forum with fans of Fallout. Most of the people have been on this forum since 2003-05 and new members don't last long and a little bit of reading shows why. These people are NUTS. I mean CRAZY about Fallout 1 and 2. Don't diss it over there or you pretty much get instantly banned. The best part of the site is the Fallout 3 discussion where all of the veterans love to rant and hate on Fallout 3. For some background history, Fallout 3 was made by a different company than the originals and is very different. The people here can't stand that. I mean they have a BURNING HATE for the game. Say how Fallout 3 is good? You get 5 pages within 2 days full of essays on how much they hate you. That goes on for a few days and you're banned. They have been trolled so many times because of this and they fall for it every time. The websites changed and is toned down a bit now (maybe a new owner or something) but is still pretty lolworthy. Well he's not a bad artist/animator - his work is lively, expressive and fluid-looking, so I can't see the problem her...

Oh, yeah, that pony ass. Well then. I won't take back what I said about his quality, but I will have to question why he likes dat pony ass (and apparently pony shit, according to the description and title of this post: http://pikapetey.deviantart.com/art/Poopie-SCOOPIE-BUTTS-419932893).

Honestly he seems like a pretty OK guy, sure he likes butts but lots of people like butts (not so much pony butts but whatever) maybe he just thinks butts are high comedy or some shit.
He's also friends with one of my favorite artists.
 
I _just_ found out at foreverKaylin whose been internet trainwrecking for years. I read the story tonight about that time trolls sent her cosmetics to review, and she was so dumb that she tried on cosmetics on video of a company she'd never heard of. Turns out one of the sprays she put on her might of been mixed with cat pee:

There's also rumors that she has some sort of fingernail fungus, but yet she thinks she's a **~~nail diva**~~ & she's apparently abandoned her kids with her last divorce. From the descriptions of her videos, it sounds like she lives the life of a stereotypical trailer trash woman.

Does this count? I saw this video going around Tumblr. I have no clue what he's on about, but he sure does have a way of catching attention.
 
I couldn't go anywhere today, so I wound up reading more about the lady who thinks she's a beauty guru with her dollar tree stuff, and nail fungus. That lady is just ... fucking retarded.

  • Their laptop is always being reprocessed by the rent to own place because they can't make payments on it, but yet Maria is buying makeup at dollar tree, big lots, and rainbow loom material every week.
  • Their car died, so instead of laying off the purchases, they finance a 1996 Toyota Corolla.
  • Her handwriting looks like a four year old's
  • She takes pictures in her house, and her carpet is so dirty that its full of fuzzballs and its almost grey.
  • She doesn't get her dog fixed
  • She's obsessed with her sister in law who died years ago, and the sister in law didn't even like her.
  • She's one of those people who tries to wrap herself in tragedy so people will pay attention to her. she claimed she went to high school with Chris Kyle, and made a big redneck deal on FB that Mandela's death was honored with half flags, but not Kyle's.
  • She posts a lot of redneck stuff on facebook--she supported that homophobe from duck dynasty.
  • All her meals are made with canned soup--her husband is diabetic
  • She's a connoisseur of nasty looking t-shirts (sound familiar?)
  • She's 35, but looks like she's in her early 50s
  • She sends girls used makeup in dirty boxes when she does makeup swaps. When people send her things, she always complains about it.
  • She made a big deal the first time she bought MAC cosmetics. She argued with people online that she was worthy of gong into a MAC store. It's believed she returned her lipsticks she bought. She's a constant returner. She got in trouble for it at another makeup store, Ulta.
  • She tapes shopping bags on her wall from stores she thinks its hoity toity -- Ulta, Forever 21, and Victoria's Secret.
  • She got caught at Walmart opening cosmetics and sticking her dirty fingers in them to swatch them -- reminds me of Chris and his Hex box incident a little.
  • She planned on wearing a sweater dress and boots to an outdoor wedding in the Summer. In Texas.
  • Her and her husband got married at Bass Pro Shop, which is a redneck mecca.

From what I understand the site owner told the staff and members to "stfu" after they started getting a bad rep by being mentioned in gamer blogs and articles on how terrible they treated new members that mentioned FO3, and to a lesser extent, NV. The older members will still rant at you if you say FO3 was your first Fallout game or that you remotely liked some part of 3 or NV, the bannings aren't as common now though.

The site is less fanboy and more self destructive obsession full of autists that can't get over the fact that Interplay/Black Isle Studios went bankrupt and it isn't the year 1998 anymore.
