I was wondering about the eye thing as well.
I know some are saying it's a stroke, but I highly doubt it.
While having paralysis in half of the face (which affects blinking, how the eye looks, etc) is a symptom of stroke, we would see the weakness extend downward to the rest of that side of his body. So he would have trouble lifting his arm at all on that side, for example, which I didn't notice when I watched the video.
My guess (other than pure autism, of course, or some sort of medication) would be that it could be something along the lines of Bell's Palsy. Bell's Palsy is basically facial paralysis due to trauma to the primary facial nerve, most often due to inflammation from an infection (even something like an ear infection can cause it).
Eventually it does get better, but even when prescribed steroids like Prednisone it can literally take several months before the face can move and feel somewhat normal.
TL;DR:
It's not a stroke. It'd be Bell's Palsy if anything, though it's probably just autism.
