Infected The Rick and Morty fandom and haters

Inb4 Cuphead gets a horrible fandom.
There's already porn of the dragon.

Speaking of porn, I've been running into this stripper dino porn. There's a LOT of it. Didn't know where it came from until I watched the rest of season 3. Guess where the fuck I found the sauce?

It's in the background Morty. T-The furbait's in the *burp* background! For the furries to get their rocks off to and keep watching the show for more furbait! I'm a *belch* fucking genius.

I like how instead of condemning this awful behavior, Mc Donalds went and said that these tantrums should be applauded for their dedication to the fandom and sause and are now bringing the sause back for winter.View attachment 293579
Please read the sign that says “don’t feed the autistics.” This is why most fandoms are so entitled and whiny.

I don't see why the fans of this show would consider themselves clever for getting a couple of jokes. I honestly don't get it. Could it be that other cartoons they watch are just so dumb that this, off all things, is considered an intellectual masterpiece?

:autism:

To be fair, I can understand where McDonalds is coming from (namely from a business perspective). This Szechuan sauce bullshit is giving them lots of free publicity along with attracting tons of people to their restaurants.

That being said, I really hope they kick out morons who are being obnoxious and exceptional over the whole thing (screaming, fighting other patrons, etc). Not doing so really is rewarding bad behavior.

Jumping up on the counter and screaming "I AM PICKLE RICK?"

I'm pretty sure even McDonald's didn't expect this level of retardation.

My favorite people are the ones who got the last sauce packets and then called everyone else faggots and stomped on it in front of them.

Since I'm at it - has anyone here noticed any cracks before or is it true that it just suddently exploded with the pickle bullshit
I'd argue before, since season 2 exists and all. But the advent of S3 along with things like Pickle Rick and the sauce seems to have made it more blatant than it would have been had those not happened.

Then again, they'd have found other ways to obsess about the season, like the female writers room (which appears to be false since half of the episodes this past season are credited to male writers), or the Justin/Dan arguments that happened before the season was even released.

I think the nature of Rick and Morty's fan base can be best summed up by the ending of Pickle Rick. Dr. Wong sums up Rick's character by basically saying that he's too lazy to put in any effort to better himself and that he excuses his self-destructive behavior by claiming to be above it due to his intellect. Rick tries to brush of her words, but keeps his mouth shut, because there's really no rebuttal he could offer. Me personally, I enjoyed seeing a character who thinks so highly of himself being verbally dissected. Other fans didn't seem to share my opinion.

Go onto the comments section of the video where Dr. Wong talks to Rick and you'll see people throwing a bitchfit because another character had the audacity get the last word against Rick. I love the show but it was when I read those comments that I finally understood why Rick and Morty fans are considered obnoxious.

Well, if anything, this is basically McDonald's saying that all their temper tantrums were pointless since they're making more of the sauce anyway.

It also doubles as a middle finger to all the scalpers trying to sell it for thousands of bucks.
