11. Dance Party Ending
10. Rap Openings
9. Putting No Effort in the visuals of adult animation (not even a cliche)
8. Every Adult Cartoon is a Comedy
7. Disney Live Action Remakes (not even a cliche)
6. The Butt Monkey

Thank you - I'll post Part 2 (as much as I don't think that's a good idea, honestly.) - when it comes out, that is. Even though this BS really should have only been one vid, but whatever.

Where do I begin with this? Fuck it, let's start from the top and work downwards:

11. I'll ignore the whole "Top 11" thing since Doug did it, but I'll be honest here- I don't mind those endings as mush. I'd rather prefer it than something like "Suddenly everything ends" or "Everyone laughs one more time!". Besides, you can make it look good if you know what context you're making it for. Like Shrek 1 & 2's endings when it's part of the overall festive feel they're going for. Not saying there aren't bad examples out there, but it's ultimately meaningless in the end.

10. He is aware that the Boondocks opens with a rap, right?

9. Probably the only thing I'd like to agree with him on. But at the same time, is it any different to when every show looked like an anime in the 80s and 2000s? Or when everyone tried to ape John K. during the 90s? The only difference is demographics. Most adults don't give a shit about the animation but the writing and humor. Sure animation's a key component, but at the same time there's a reason why all those shows are animated- They do things you can't do in live action. And somehow, Enter doesn't seem to get that even with crappy animation, shows like Rick & Morty, Family Guy or even Big Head wouldn't work as well in live action than they would animation.

8. This one confuses me. Sure most modern adult cartoons are comedies, but to say every one of them is a flat out lie. Even disregarding Samurai Jack, there's still shows like Spawn, Spicy City, The Maxx, the 2003 Spider-Man cartoon, Cybersix, Dark Oracle and some other shows I can't think of at the moment (granted, most of those are pre-2010, but he's still making a pretty general assumption here). Once again though, the key is demographic (something Enter can't seem to grasp, it seems) and comedies sell. Hell, there's plenty of "adult" anime out there that pile on the humor, something he seems to overlook.

7. If Disney wants to make more money, so be it. I'm not going to be the one to judge business decisions of a multi-billion dollar company. I'll question some of their decisions, but in the end of the day it's just business. And no amount of bitching on the internet's going to change it.

6. And here we have Enter not realizing that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones *coughgrowingaroundcough*. Besides, it's a tool. Enter once again doesn't realize how character traits work.

I await part 2, if only to see how further Enter's stupidity and ignorance towards how animation works goes.[/:autism:]

Well he did use it as an example during his rant on how adult cartoons are ugly, so he might have seen it.
Wait did he say The Boondocks is ugly?

I haven't seen much of the show, but I'm legitimately impressed by the quality of the animation whenever I do come across it. I seriously don't get how anyone would call it ugly.

I hate how he criticizes adult cartoons for being ugly. I did see part of his rant on Big Mouth and he complained about the lips making the characters ugly. And it's like, yeah, it's called Big Mouth. I think that's what they were going for. It's fine to dislike a show for not conforming to your tastes, but Enter makes such a big deal out of it. Like dude, it's not that serious.

No, he didn't say it was ugly, he was using it as example of a show that wasn't the usual "Flash-animated/made in 10-minutes" style of animation FG and its imitators use.

And again, Enter's one to talk about shitty animation styles when his own style is barely above that of garbage.

It's funny, FG has shown with that Disney segment they did that if they put the effort into it, they can have some absolutely gorgeous animation. It's not like they have an excuse not to do it because unlike some other adult animations they have a budget, they just don't care, and neither does the audience, really.

And The Simpsons used to have really good animation at times but again they don't care, not any more at least.

I will admit that they still have flashes of great animation now, like some really fluid movement on the characters.

Like when any one of his characters falls down, it's always the "one arm over the back" pose.

You guys know I was referring to The Simpsons, yeah?
I've seen a few Simpsons artists' deviantArt accounts and they have some seriously talented people working on it, so why it's so stiff and boring looking 99% of the time is beyond me.
