I'm not sure that Russ hates women so much as he just views them as objects for his taking. The resentment is more about himself than anyone else. He wants to "woo" a woman to prove he's better than all those jerks/thugs/fat guys/famous actors that women like. So it's entirely an ego thing for him, I believe.
If a girl were to go on a date with him I do believe she'd be in danger. Russ takes even negative attention positively and might try to "make his move". Luckily that will never happen.

If not then they really should. Similar to how celebrities are verified on twitter, they should be able to verify on Amazon and stop nutsacks like Russhole spamming them with shit.
