He seems to follow accounts that posts pics of random girls, sorority hotels and others. My guess is he gets them there, like some daily suggested model catalogue. He also seems to comment only on those that have 100 comments or less per picture. (Except the pornext star). My guess is to help himself stand out/not get drowned out in comments.

Narcissists expect instant success with minimal effort, because they are special and infallible. They see other people doing things with apparent ease, or they only see the finished product, and believe not only that it should be that easy, but that it is that easy for them. I don’t use IG that much so I’m probably missing something obvious. Is it now just what’s suggested to him?

When you get on Instagram and start to search, there are videos/accounts "you might like." IG can tell what your search habits are and tailors their suggested posts to you based on what you search and the accounts you follow. Sports fans will see accounts from their favorite teams, music fans will see accounts for their favorite artist, etc. I'm sure Russell's suggestions page is nothing but bikini clad women, porn stars and teens/college girls.
