I feel terrible for that roommate who feels they have to keep their doors locked at all times with him. He can't have lived there that long and he has already freaked out another roommate.

“They value customers over employees”... um, isn’t it “the customer is always right”? Aren’t the customers who come in and buy stuff and spend their hard earned money the ones who help pay the employees?
I seriously doubt a customer told Bamboon to kill himself. More likely 1) Russhole was rude to the customer and they complained to the manager or 2) it was a woman he was hitting on and she got creeped out and complained to the manager.

Rusty has very shitty interpersonal skills. Any job that would require him doing any form of customer service will always end in failure. And that's when you subtract the times where he harassed customers for dates. He is simply unable to function in normal society.

I'm betting most, if not all, of Russhole's "cashier/waitress was rude" complaints are basically ladies who refused to date Russhole.
Thing is, customers aren't always right, honestly, even if they make money for the business owner. But Russhole being a serial liar, I have the same doubts as you with the story he's telling people with his review. Whatever it was that went down, I'm willing to bet that Russhole instigated the matter, and the manager easily sided with the customer. It's another excuse to can Russhole, who brings nothing special skills-wise to the table and is easily replaced.

This is true, some customers are pieces of shit and make things miserable for the poor hardworking employees. I guess what I meant in this case is that Bamboon’s sense of entitlement probably kept him from even trying to provide good customer service, since he thinks the world owes him everything (and that cute girl who came in to buy appetizers for her friend’s birthday party owes him a date, y’know, and it’s discrimination if she’s not interested for whatever reason).

He's much angrier and more aggressive now than I've ever seen him, for sure, DuckSucker. Swearing, suicide and other ambiguous threats, etc.
