I've been talking to Nuke a fair bit lately, and I can say with at least some certainty "don't expect him to come back into this". Yeah, he sperged out hard during the Metokur Saga, but he's a pretty chill dude when you actually get to know him. Not the kinda of guy that gets off on drama like we do lol.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted by this video though. This guy is using Best Buy display units to dispute claims of pedophilia because the old folks care home he was put into doesn't allow him to access the internet. Never for a second did I think this would get this surreal.

I think this guy might have heard him, he's looking in his direction a few times, maybe just staring in awe at the sperglord filming on a display laptop in a store, or maybe he did hear him disputing pedophile allegations against him. Real life is truly absurd sometimes.

See, picturing how absurd this would be in real life is what makes it so hilarious to me.

Imagine that you set out to Best Buy planning to get some sort of new tech. You arrive and eventually make your way to the appropriate section where all the newest stuff is located. As you browse, you approach a grouping of laptops where a young man in headphones is centered, awkwardly rocking back and forth towards the screen. As you begin to eye a particularly flashy Surface 3 you hear an odd voice stammering into the screen of an Alienware display model. You look up to observe a weird asshole speaking in hushed tones about how he's been wrongly accused of pedophilia and how "Mister Metokur and his chat" set him up. Silently observing as security has to escort him out of the store while he pleads with them not to be sent back to his grandparent's who will put him back in the loony bin.

It's fucking amazing.

Good news! I managed to fix the inconsistent volume issues with the video. Bad news, the audio is still shit: but I can't really do anything about that. Anyway, I did that, added a couple of edits I felt added so much to the video, and uploaded it to Mixtape since i'm sure Ross will be deleting his video shortly due to

Late to the party, but under US jurisdiction, lolicon and any form of simulated child pornography is still illegal. Ross isn’t in the clear, like he thinks he is.

I'm not well versed in law, but it seems to be more of a grey area regarding loli in the US.
From my limited research, it seems to come to a question of if making it illegal violates the constitution.
The legality of it seems to change quite often, so Ross theoretically could be in the clear if he's charged at a time where its up in the air on its legality. Again, not a legal expert, just adding to the conversation.

To be fair, neither am I. But “Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor” sounds like the majority of lolicon. Not like flat-chested girls, but depictions of what are clearly supposed to be children.

I don’t know what kind of witchcraft you did to this video but I’ve been absolutely blown the fuck out. I’m gonna leave my “transcription” up as a testament to how blown the fuck out I am. My only defence is that reading the lips of a man who looks to have upper lip paralysis is pretty difficult. I’ll try harder next time not to be a dummy.

When was that page last updated? Because I believe for a brief time, loli was made illegal, but then there was another act that immediately cancelled out that law and made it a grey area again. I realize there's also state law around this, but Ross lives in California: one of the most disgustingly liberal states around and I believe there, it's technically fine.
