Admittedly here, I'm only 90% certain that Bill has this debt. My very good friend and heterosexual life partner @zedkissed60 said there's a "Julius William Knispel" who's been sued a bunch of times for debt but due to Jersey's retarded system doesn't know if it's Bill Jr. or Bill the III. However, knowing that this guy who worked at knockoff radio shack spent a year dealing with cancer and is now almost assuredly living with his mother, I'm concluding it's legit him getting beat up by the hospitals for not paying for his treatments.

If it turns out otherwise I'll be surprised but based on how much medical treatments cost and the absolute failure of this mans life, I'm going to say it's him and it's close to 6 figures of debt.

Heh, give it time. It make take a generation to die out, but in our narcissistic consumer driven society, once it's no longer "hip" or "trendy," all of these losers will delete their current Tumblr identities and just go back to being otherkin or something. Honestly I hope it ends sooner rather than later, not because I'm transphobic or some crap, but because there are too many kids (kids, not teenagers, not young adults, actual kids!) who have permanently damaged their bodies and minds with unnecessary hormone treatments in the name of a fucking trend! Thats terrible, and the psychologists and psychiatrists going along with this crap should be ashamed of themselves. Fuck, the parents should be. Can't say as I blame him. It can't be all that pleasant to be around Phil, regardless of how fake the relationship is. Not that this is much of an improvement, but I guess anything is an improvement over Phil.

My take on guys like Knispel, Slingblade/Torren, and Phil/ADF is that it's mental illness/cognitive problems, failure at being a man, wish fulfillment, avoiding reality, and dealing with a fetish in an unhealthy way. I think Knispel in particular is also in the throws of a mid-life crisis and likely has some kind of bias against gay men deep down inside.

Guys like this all have a similar story: failure to be successful as a man, at least bi-curious, some kind of mental issues such as Autism, gets excited by the concept of trannies, and a longing to fit in with a group. They reach a point of desperation in their lives where they haven't done well with women (or men if they are gay), failed to find success in the job market, have few friends and little social interaction, and they're struggling to find some way to gain the acceptance, love, and support that they're longing for.

It's kinda kinky, you can call people bigots if they don't treat you like a special snowflake, and you'll instantly be accepted by all the other aging losers pretending to be girls. Now you can ignore the fact that you're a fat, ugly man, because deep down inside you're really a pretty girl...or at least, you're telling yourself that REAL HARD.

Ever notice that none of these losers actually go to a therapist with their gender identity issues? That they haven't been in therapy since childhood because they were born a boy but always felt like they should have been born a girl and were always more attracted to Barbie dolls and My Little Pony? Ever notice how when they "come out" they never go to real doctors who might challenge them on their new gender identity and instead go to quacks who will back up whatever they say as long as they're getting paid? Ever notice that none of these slobs looks even remotely effeminate?

Being overweight can cause them. So can sitting or standing for long periods of time. But these are typically linked to them appearing on the legs.

Interestingly, while not officially confirmed, there are a lot of cancer survivors who complain of varicose veins popping up after treatment. given his odd location, it could be a lingering side effect of his treatment (assuming he had chemo, I havent seen it mentioned what he had). If he had a port on his chest during treatment, it may have permanently irritated and damaged his chest veins.
