When I was a kid, I wanted a library. I feel my childhood want would be much more obtainable than fuckface's want.

Well, yeah. You would have to stock the library with books (and other media) for people to check out and use. Books, unlike people, don't have infectious disease worries and mental needs, and will stay perfectly where they're put when you turn out the lights at night until you open the building again in the morning. Gotta love when people say 'depression AND bipolar.' Kind of makes it obvious they don't have that issue when one is literally in the other condition (Manic depressive). Because one of the first things a doctor would do is explain your illness if you had it. So you would understand that saying I'm depressed, and depressed, and manic is stupid.

Also no doctor would diagonis serious mental illness in their teens. As the brain is still developing and can be a hormonal imbalance over actual mental illness. Giving someone the medication for a mood disorder they don't have would fuck them up. At least Russ is right about that.

His lie kind of proves he doesn't have the mental issues he claims. Instead Russ is an asshole narcissist who has to do calming slurps as not to freaking out in real life.
