Unpopular opinions about food

I forgot... Blue Cheese. Wow, this literally makes me gag. I can appreciate it to some degree, because sometimes you just need to eat something that tastes musty and rotten. I had a salad recently with Blue Cheese and I was so sad, it was a good salad ruined by Blue Cheese.

I'm not a fan of having condiments like ketchup, mustard, or mayo on my sandwiches (unless it's spicy mustard).

And I don't like melons of any sort.

Forgot to mention this earlier. I tried cactus at a Mexican restaurant once and I enjoyed it. It tasted kind of like limes. I'm sure most of you think "Cactus? That's disgusting!", which is why I'm sharing this here.

EDIT:

When I was a kid, I liked dipping my sandwiches in ketchup, but I never put ketchup on the sandwich itself. And I think yellow mustard and mayo are disgusting too.

I don't like tacos, burritos, or other sorts of foods of the like. Mexican food just makes me feel unwell.

I hate almost all seafood. The only way I'll eat any at all is in sushi, because it's a tiny amount. I especially hate shellfish and don't understand how or why people lose their shit over it, probably because it violates my rule of, 'if I won't play with or pet it while it's alive, I won't eat it' regarding food.

Eating almost anything off the bone makes me gag. Fat, cartilage, and other slimy detritus you get with bone-in food makes me want to cry.

I drink tea, and hate coffee. I don't even like the smell. I don't know why.

While a lot of Thai food is meant to be spicy, ordering dishes "Thai spicy" at a restaurant usually translates to "drown this shit in chili flakes until every other flavor is gone so I can show off for my friends." What's the point of ordering something something as complexly flavored as panag curry or pad kee mao if you're just going to mask it with heat?

I've gone beyond the 1-10 scale of heat at the Thai restaurant in town when it was around. The bhut jolokia ghost pepper is no joke. They even gave me a few whole peppers there. Sadly, the place is no longer around, but oh well.

There's not a whole lot I won't eat, but I sure as hell REFUSE to touch fast food. GET OFF MY WAISTLINE!

I've also seriously cut down on desserts, junk food, and alcoholic beverages. The third isn't food, technically, but I'm noticing a difference anyway.

Preservatives are OK. I hate when food spoils before I can eat it.
I like ketchup chips (nowhere to buy ;x), but i dislike tomatoes.

I'm a super picky eater...and I cannot deal with mashed potatoes, pudding, or regular yogurt (frozen yogurt is amazing tho) because the texture honestly makes me want to vomit.

I also cannot stand eggs. Just...nope.
