No one, male, female or in between, would sexually harass/sexually assault Russ for either of two reasons: 1) he's not sexually attractive to anyone and 2) sexual harassment/assault is sometimes an expression of power over an individual - Russ is basically powerless - a beaten down, broken man who is desperately screaming into the void to get someone to pay attention to him by doing things that he thinks make him powerful (force Taylor to not bring her tour to Utah, force celebrities into the court room).
