No, Rusty. Chirag is adorable and geeky. Unlike you, he has a life and probably some cute smart chick who gets weak in the knees when he starts talking shop. He may very well discover something, name it after Taylor Swift, and impress the hell out of her. Of course she'll pay him a visit and give him a kiss on the cheek for the honor of having a newly discovered element named after her. Be sure to wave hi when he posts it on Facebook.
