If I was in his shoes and I know this is a false accusation, I'd be launching some form of legal action against her or even calling the cops, even if I have no real legal grounds and it becomes a lolsuit, even if it fails, just to show off that I am willing to go to the fucking maximum to defend my name and reputation from this supposedly false allegation, because ultimately, this woman is highly traceable with an official escorting license in the Netherlands.

That's something I still can't wrap my head around. Sure its entirely possible that someone did spend years of their life making this account, or that a number of accounts got compromised, but why go to all the effort and then shoot yourself in the foot and set a month long deadline for something that could easily be disproved in a matter of hours?

Who would have the confidence to know that Phil simply isn't going to turn around 20 minutes after you make your claims and just post a pic of his mystery girlfriend?

As an aside, I partly agree with @SirJamesDTech on the confirmation bias we're seeing here, especially when it comes to the more outlandish stuff, like woofing or micro dick stuff for example. I have already posted about the fact that we're dealing with a source whose (current) best interest lies in being obtuse and teasing with info, so I won't repeat myself here.

A lot of our differences here are due to the levels of info we've acquired on an individual basis, @Null and @neger psykolog have seen stuff we didn't, and due to the circumstances here, they can't show us those things, nor completely throw their weight behind this claim, so it's really the individual's choice on whether it's 100% true, 100% false, or something in between. So the mods are just gonna have to accept that some people are going to have doubts, and we shouldn't expect that the mods will simply go with all our theories when they have seen stuff we haven't.

But there's another side to this puzzle we haven't considered as much, the fact that so far, there's simply nothing concrete that completely contradicts this story and makes it invalid, I am trying to find something in Phil's defence, mainly because I am trying to fight my own confirmation bias, but so far I truly have nothing (theories about Fred are just nonsense IMO)..

What you said about the lawsuit reminded me of something. Remember how earlier this year and the end of last year he was trying to act tough to Youtube and Google, with his faux bravado threats of "I'll go to their headquarters with a camera! I'll sue them! *SNORT*" Remember that bullshit? Talking tough to a multi-billion dollar company that he partially profits off of, yet now here he is getting shit talked by a lowly European hooker and he isn't saying fuck all.

It seems to really bother Phil, though. Let's assume that it's all a long ruse, and there is no escort, there is no blackmail. Phil's reputation is well-known, it's not like being into weird shit is particularly out of character or will ruin a squeaky-clean image, so that's not the issue, and there wouldn't be any money on the line, or at least no more money than usual. If there was another explanation ("Help, my identity got stolen" or something) you'd think an innocent man would bring that.

Too be honest and this is dark and deep I guess. I think of Phil as one of those biggest pieces of scum, that would get anything he deserved. If I had a way to end his career and everything else. I look at it as an escort having a customer they've been paid reliably by before. The customer says "hey I cant pay full amount to you upfront, but I can pay 10 days after, is that ok?"

Then you have the choice of either doing it and getting the money or refusing the job entirely. So you either try to be patient/understanding and get money or you don't get any money at all.
