what do you mean two hacked twitter accounts? It just need to be one. The website is already linked to the twitter. And the gaming account haven't been used for ages.
The website is linked to twitter, but does not have a twitter log in to change it. (it was changed) You would need to do both. But not only that the user that hacked the twitter, needs to be someone from the netherlands as well, which makes the amount of suspect quite small. Like handful of people including me.

You know? I really don't get why people want to bait by phrasing reasonable commentary in confrontational ways. Its passive aggressive and impotent. pls stop or you will be removed from the discussion.

tis truely the tardcum generator of our times
whats not to love

Because the person speaks dutch? If the webpage was already linked up to the twitter nothing had to be changed.
You have to explain this further. Because to me I don't see how this person have to be dutch or have anything else but access to one twitter account.

Just because the website and Twitter are connected doesn't mean that having access to one will allow you access to another. They'd still need the separate login info for twitter or the website (depending on which one you think got hacked). If she is stupid and uses the same password for both, then that makes it easier.

As mentioned already, the contract isn't really meant to have any legal weight, it's meant to be a physical form of a gentleman's agreement, which benefits the escort because it shows she's discreet, and benefits the John because it shows he's trustworthy enough to continue using the escort service. If the escort reveals information because the John broke the contract, she doesn't lose trust within her agency or her clients because he broke the terms.

I agree with that. My only issue with the idea of a contract for these transactions is that it can lend a flase sense of legitimacy to it be it legal or moral. And it becomes very easy to lose sight of the entire picture to what is going on.

And the picture is that this was a transaction for an illegal activity. As such, Phil technically doesn't owe Kim shit. Kim can't take Phil to court so she has to resort to what is basically blackmail.

Now don't get me wrong, this couldn't have happened to a nicer asshole. This whole ordeal that she is putting Phil through is delicious. But I am not going to pretend that one party has the high ground over the other.

Should Phil pay her? Sure. She provided a service that he agreed to the terms to. But perspectives need to be adjusted here. As I was called out for A Logging, she herself is pozloading my neghole and reveling in the attention for it. And she is getting encouraged for it. For blackmail.

One part already explained to you. The Dutch part is as followed. The person in charge of the twitter account speak proper dutch that is not google translated. Not only that she is informed about some current dutch events, and she also knows about dutch snacks.
So it's more likely by occam's razor that it's a dutch person that is in charge of the account. Instead of some troll that learned dutch and immersed themselves in dutch culture.
How do I know all this. Omdat ik nederlands ben, ik dacht dat ik dat al gezegd had.

That'd only make sense if the website actually had an API integration which allowed posting.
You can see through metadata that the Twitter account uses mobile/desktop access so API isn't a thing in this case, so the Twitter account would have to be independently compromised from the website account.

In terms of da "dutch" argument, I reasonably assume that Null looked at IP addresses accessing this website in terms of this saga and saw a dutch consumer IP address (fyi I don't have access to that sort of stuff)

Then there are several people who have said whoever is using the Twitter account speaks Dutch extremely fluently and also references/talks about several things/events in holland.

And the picture is that this was a transaction for an illegal activity. As such, Phil technically doesn't owe Kim shit. Kim can't take Phil to court so she has to resort to what is basically blackmail.

Afaik its not blackmail. If he paid the full amount and then was threatened with public shaming, then that would be blackmail. If Phil is legit being blackmailed then he should call the police (as mentioned dozens of times).

In any case solicitation or usage of prostitutes is a crime in many states in the US, so regardless of if he owes or not he has likely committed a crime. Yes the customer as well as the escort would have committed a crime in this instance.

In particular, Washington state law clearly spells out that patronizing a prostitute is a crime (albeit misdemeanor):
https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9A.88.110

If it ever went to court, then I'm sure the contract would get thrown out fairly quickly. But that's not the purpose of it. Would the client or escort be criminally charged for "doing da deed in da bedroom"? I doubt it. Most of the efforts seem aimed at the criminal elements of prostitution.

I'm 99% sure that even if video evidence came out with a christmas tree etc, that the US government wouldn't be assembling a fucking task force.

If there was no accusation that the client owed money, then I'm sure most people wouldn't care. But 'allegedly' DSP owes someone money and whether or not people agree with the idea of prostitution or not, its scummy to try and screw people out of money that is owed to them.

can someone link me that video?
Fred edited together a video of it, I provided a bit of stream-exclusive khantent for it. Leanna shows up showing off the ring near the end of the video.
Weirdest thing is it feels like DSP lied about not knowing about the fake ring... thanks to the August 'hacks' revealing DSP's Comcast, energy etc. info one of the things shown was an Etsy purchase of the real ring... dated August 28th 2016. PandaLee's initial tweet about her fake ring to keep co-workers off her back was August 23rd 2016... implying DSP found out and quickly ordered the ring Leanna wanted.

BONUS: DSP ranted and raved for about 10 minutes in the chat during his 15 minute 'break' right after this incident. I'll spoiler it since it's quite long:
[14:03] <darksydephil> the fact people apparently took a random twitter joke post and turned it into a detractor meme is actually quite terrifying
[14:03] <darksydephil> i have no idea what the reference is though

[14:06] <darksydephil> there is no "fake ring" so i guess these morons took a random tweet meant as a joke and took it as fact. which is pretty much what they do all the time anyway, spin shit because they're fucking braindead idiots
[14:08] <darksydephil> the links you're posting go to her latest twitter post, not anything pertinent lol
[14:09] <darksydephil> feeding into what? i dont care, im just interested in what stupid shit they spun into a meme for themselves lol
[14:09] <darksydephil> like the "phil dated leanna when she was underage" meme
[14:09] <darksydephil> curiosity at wtf theyre talking about is the action they want? lol
[14:10] <darksydephil> working on the nioh reveiw tomorrow night
[14:11] <darksydephil> wait...you're serious? THAT's the post? HAHAHAH
[14:12] <darksydephil> thats a crappy fake ring she bought for like a buck somewhere
[14:12] <darksydephil> and these idiots spun this into something?
[14:12] <darksydephil> they're THAT fucking retarded? holy crap. it's worse than i thought
[14:12] <darksydephil> dude, they just ruined the finale of quiplash with that awful inside joke lol
[14:12] <darksydephil> nobody would get it bu tthem
[14:14] <darksydephil> it points to a joke tweet that i never saw and is obviously a fucking joke tweet, from august of last year, that they spun into some kind of insult about tension ni our relationship and then they sprung it at the conclusion of a game of quiplash in february 2017 AND THEN ALL VOTED FOR IT TO WIN as audience members despite it not having the word lick in it. want an example of mental deficiency? YOU JUST GOT IT!
[14:14] <darksydephil> i'm not making it worse, im laughing histerically right now lolol

[14:15] <darksydephil> i have officially fell into the black hole of the mentally stupid and i need out

The easiest way to disprove a hack would be to post an updated picture in front of today's newspaper or something.
These tweets only raise suspicion imo.

Not really.
If you go through the account history it clearly mentions that they're planning on having a baby.

Believe me, I've sifted through as much as I can looking for something that conclusively says all of this is false, but I have yet to find it.

I've looked at numerous accounts surrounding the escort and gamer account and it doesn't match up with any form of spam bot I've seen before. There are 'real people' that are in da circle. I've done searches for strings of text etc but not been able to bring up any similar account. None of the photos bring up results in reverse image searches.

There's also a blog post on tumblr which was archived in like 2012 or something in which she says she doesn't care about putting up hundreds of pictures and details some of the reasons about it (I believe the line was "NO BEGGING FOR PICTURES" which is something that seems to be common on escort websites/profiles). That kind of information may not align with the interests of proving this account, but it doesn't fucking matter because our opinion doesn't really matter at all.

If she saw phils gouty 4 inch dick and had to touch it, she is owed it all simply for having to do so.
Its not blackmail, its collateral.

I went through the website and saw nothing that was unique from that person.
But it wouldn't bee to far fetched the login have the same password.
I use a handful of passwords but my login is the same sometimes.
My objections to this is.
I see no reason for the person to create a user here and be so interested in the topic.
The twitter account where inactive for a very long time and the timing is a bit too goed to be true.

Nederlandse cultuur is niet zo uniek.
The cousine is very similar in scandinavia germany belgium france and luxembourg.
You guys just want to belive. So it's easy to see what you see confirming your story.
But you totally ignore the pieces that don't fit like the price for flying between Europe and USA.
And she having a small child to take care of.

If Phil is legit being blackmailed then he should call the police (as mentioned dozens of times).
I mentioned this before, but if Phil didn't hire her, then he isn't just being blackmailed as you juat said, he may even have the right to file forgery charges against her if he didn't sign the contract that she showed to you and Null.

AFAIK, filing those complaints to his local police department or the FBI wouldn't cost him a dime (until it gets to the litigation phase at least) and would easily "prove" his innocence. The fact that he isn't doing that and instead doubled down on the begging says a lot. I think that this is a question I want to see him address on stream.

However, I am skeptical of the claims that he hired up to 5 escorts, this sounds to me like a claim made to stoke the flames further and get Phil to keep his promise.

And she having a small child to take care of.

Then you need to read the twitter history more. This is someone that has repeatedly and consistently flown around the place and mentioned the plans for a baby well in advance.

I get the concept of a happily married escort with a child is very alien to a lot of people, but she seems happy enough and her life story (besides DSP) doesn't have to make anyone else happy.

Bro did you blackout and decide not to read the thread cause prostitution as a profession triggers you? People have attempted to show you that escorting and prostitution are not the same thing (because of the amount of services involved and language surrounding those services) - but fine conflate them. The matter still remains: Prostitution is legal, decriminalized, and regulated in the Netherlands. I have a really hard time imagining an American police department or OIA (Office of International Affairs) is going to to spend the money to investigate and prosecute an international escort where prostitution is legal over something (escorting) which is a legal gray area here.

For blackmail.

Now you missing the bigger picture - she's not threatening to reveal compromising information because she wants money from him. She's is threatening to reveal compromising information because he needs to pay what he fucking owes. What recourse does an escort have when her John doesn't pay up for her services? She's gonna destroy him (by either calling in someone to physically intimidate) or destroy his reputation as both are persuasive.

So what you're saying is that you're letting your personal feelings about Phil excuse what she is doing. Gotcha.
Rofl, I am laughing at Phil being wound up about this and now laughing at you for sperging about it.
Who in there right mind would admit to fucking Phil Burnell of all people, its not like he is some A list celebrity, he is a shitty D list you tuber. Sperging about wether this is true or not does not change the fact that Phil is reacting to it, badly. Phil has a history or lying and cheating people out of money and games, do I think he could short change an escort he hired because he is lonely after being dumped by his long time gf/fiance/daughter? Yes, I do. Phil is a liar and that much of a con man and this is not beneath him to do.
lol calm down truly.

This is not wholly inaccurate, but it fits with those who 100% want to disbelieve as well. That's part of what makes the whole thing so fascinating, in my opinion.

Disbelieving/believing is fine, but it seems a lot of people are happy to do either without doing their own original research on the matter and then trying to jump in and claim things (such as account only having 'months' versus 'years' of history).

If people want to disprove it imho they should at least do research and not just be fence sitting on it.
