Because the person speaks dutch? If the webpage was already linked up to the twitter nothing had to be changed.
You have to explain this further. Because to me I don't see how this person have to be dutch or have anything else but access to one twitter account.
That'd only make sense if the website actually had an API integration which allowed posting.
You can see through metadata that the Twitter account uses mobile/desktop access so API isn't a thing in this case, so the Twitter account would have to be independently compromised from the website account.
In terms of da "dutch" argument, I reasonably assume that Null looked at IP addresses accessing this website in terms of this saga and saw a dutch consumer IP address (fyi I don't have access to that sort of stuff)
Then there are several people who have said whoever is using the Twitter account speaks Dutch extremely fluently and also references/talks about several things/events in holland.
And the picture is that this was a transaction for an illegal activity. As such, Phil technically doesn't owe Kim shit. Kim can't take Phil to court so she has to resort to what is basically blackmail.
Afaik its not blackmail. If he paid the full amount and then was threatened with public shaming, then that would be blackmail. If Phil is legit being blackmailed then he should call the police (as mentioned dozens of times).
In any case solicitation or usage of prostitutes is a crime in many states in the US, so regardless of if he owes or not he has likely committed a crime.
Yes the customer as well as the escort would have committed a crime in this instance.
In particular, Washington state law clearly spells out that patronizing a prostitute is a crime (albeit misdemeanor):

If it ever went to court, then I'm sure the contract would get thrown out fairly quickly. But that's not the purpose of it. Would the client or escort be criminally charged for "doing da deed in da bedroom"? I doubt it. Most of the efforts seem aimed at the criminal elements of prostitution.
I'm 99% sure that even if video evidence came out with a christmas tree etc, that the US government wouldn't be assembling a fucking task force.
If there was no accusation that the client owed money, then I'm sure most people wouldn't care. But 'allegedly' DSP owes someone money and whether or not people agree with the idea of prostitution or not, its scummy to try and screw people out of money that is owed to them.
