But in the end, despite being an effective method of torture, nobody is being forced to watch phil . His viewers not only keep coming back, but willingly give him hundreds of dollars in donations. It's hard to have any sympathy for them. If anything, they're the ones to blame here because they keep reinforcing phil's behavior. Why change when it's working for him? The fact that he can set up one of these "emergency donation" begging streams last minute and rake in over a grand in donations is fucking unbelievable.
It's like those morons who give money to panhandlers on the street which encourage them to come back and do it even more.

You are absolutely right. Without them and their donations, drama or no, he would not do this as a living. Why they do it, and why they do it so often is something personal to each of them. He chooses to treat others terribly. A real fucking asshole all the time. Says a lot about his supporters, today alone many of them donated just to show up the detractors. A ridiculous war with no end or reason. We are here on kf to get some laughs and bank reactions off each other. Nothing is asked of us either and we come in here willingly. They come to him willingly, the only difference is they pay him money to be treated like complete shit.

His fans genuinely try to get him to engage with them with conversational questions, but he's such a boring person that it's like pulling teeth.

Favorite video games? I don't know.
What music do you like? Don't listen to music.
Do you like food? No.

Good gravy.

Phil apparently can't even name any John Wayne movie. I bet you he can but he didn't want to answer the question because fuck satisfying his fans.

You kidding, he fucking hates his fans. If he could he wouldn't speak to a single one of them. It is pathetic and sad how they spend money to be recognized only to be treated like garbage.

Phil follows the Hulk Hogan philosophy of putting on a good show: "Easy, brother. Once the fans are in the building, you've already got their money."
The only reason why he streams is because it allows him to beg in real time. You could tell he enjoyed playing games a lot more when he didn't have to worry about giving shoutouts to people who give him a penny (something he railed against for years) or entertaining the fucking worthless humans giving him live views.

His sauce. It's hilarious because as you know Phil makes a big hooplah about his sauce, this super secret authentic italian recipe sauce. So he does a sauce cooking vlog and does a ton of videos showing him cooking the sauce and he's acting like it's a huge effort and a huge deal and how much better authentic italian sauce is compared to store bought sauces.
Then comes crunch time, he makes spaghetti and meatballs with the sauce, he's at the table with Leanna, camera pointed in her face. He zooms in, awaiting her reaction as she eats, she takes a bite, DSP is so hyped that she took a bite you can tell. He says "SO? HOW IS IT?" she shrugs her shoulders and says. "Tastes like sauce."

EDIT: I found it, it wasn't spaghetti it was penne. Which he prefers.

I love how he just says "Oh this sauce tastes different from how my mom makes it. Mine is more salty and less sweet" yeah probably cause Mom Burnell doesn't dump 5 bay leaves, and waters it down.

Just some quick maths to see how much Tax is owed. Someone mentioned B&O tax?

https://www.washingtonregisteredagent.net/washington-business-tax.html
We can say it's about 1.5% for a service / entertainer.

I've seen figures of his income of around $90,000.
But he might only be making $50,000.

I'll show the min and max for the past 3 years.

$50,000 a year income = $750 a year tax. (3 years $2250)
$90,000 a year income = $1350 a year. (3 years $4050)

Edit - Dave is eligible for small business tax credit-
$90000 a year income = $335 a year discount (3 years = $1005 discount)

Also, if you have a small business, there is a tax credit for you—one of the best things about Washington State taxes. The way it works out is that if your gross income is under a certain amount, you pay no B & O tax. As your income goes up, you get a smaller and smaller credit, until you make enough to pay the full percentage. So, for example, if you pay Service/Other B & O annually, and your annual business income is $56,000, this gross income is tax-free. If you make $122,000 or more, you’ll pay the full 1.5%. If you’re in the manufacturing category, you won’t have to pay B & O tax until your annual income is at about $86,000, with a sliding scale after that.

The small business tax credit is broken up, based on how often you file, as follows: $71 for monthly taxpayers, $211 for quarterly taxpayers and $841 for annual tax payers.

Washington Sales & Use Tax

The Local Sales & Use Tax Rates & Changes lists all the rates within the state of Washington by county. If you’re looking for Seattle, go to King County, and then find Seattle. The location code for Seattle is 1726 and the combined tax rate is 9.6%. The 9.6% sales tax rate is collected and then distributed as follows:

  • 6.5% goes to the state of Washington.
  • 2.7% goes to the City of Seattle.
  • 0.4% goes to the Regional Transit Authority (RTA).
These 3 rates add up to the 9.6% combined rate for the city of Seattle.

Past 3 Years

$50,000 a year income = $4800 a year tax. (3 years $14400)
$90,000 a year income = $8640 a year. (3 years $25920)

Conclusion

Dave, could owe just B&O Tax = Maximum $3,000
(Or Sale Tax Too Maximum $25920. )

I highly doubt he didn't pay sales tax.

Always archive! :P

And yes as long as the :autism: bux keep rolling in Twitch / Amazon aren't going to get rid of their paypig.

Dear Detractors,

Here's why I don't believe the tax story of Dave. Maybe I'm twisting the truth, but here's some evidence (that's totally not evidence and I'm fabricating this).

Consequences of Unpaid Taxes in Washington State
If a business is caught owing excise or sales taxes, generally interest and penalties will start to accrue on any unpaid balance. The Washington Department of Revenue (WDR) normally sends letters or notices to notify taxpayers of any unpaid taxes or tax balances. If the letters are ignored, a revenue agent may call or visit the place of business.

If the taxes remain unpaid, the Washington Department of Revenue will issue a tax warrant and the taxpayer has 10 days to address the unpaid taxes before the tax warrant is filed in a county Superior Court which places a tax lien against real and personal property and provides the legal framework for WDR to seize assets such as bank accounts, wages, or personal property. It is important to understand that if a tax warrant remains unpaid after a 30 day period, there may be a hearing to revoke the business’s tax registration which is required to legally operate in the state of Washington.

Payment Arrangement or Partial Payment Arrangement
If a taxpayer is unable to pay in full, the department will generally allow for a payment arrangement where the unpaid taxes are paid off over time. However, the WDR will require a financial statement that shows the business is unable to make the payment in full and what monthly payment the business can actually make.

My Thoughts
I think he's already paid the taxes off months ago.
a) If he had the money. He's made a lump sum payment.
b) If he made payments. Then the monthly amounts are nothing and would have been made ages ago too.

Or we would have heard about a court hearing.

Or there's no tax issue at all. He's raising funds for the escort.

Idk what to make of this but this guy replied to kims unblur post showing its easy to fake a twitter msg (don't put hate towards me idk what to make of it)View attachment 345337

Cant it be done in photoshop

You can make sophisticated photorealistic forgeries in photoshop. This is so widely known its barely worth mentioning in this thread let alone having a 10 post subthread debating it.

Nah, we just have to wait for a buzzfeed article on DSP

That's actually not too farfetched. He's a perfect living caricature for the left's [current year] anti-white racism. He's fat, out of shape, has shitty facial hair that isn't much better than a neckbeard, is pasty white, is an angry manchild, casual racism (reason he avoids getting legit drunk), plays games (Phil does not deserve the title "gamer" :autism: as that title may be), and is all around a miserable and disgusting oaf.

I have no doubt that if normie media ever decides to run articles against Twitch or Patreon for the way you can make money off them, they'll use Phil and his incessant begging as a centerpiece.

I had to turn off the stream. whole thing makes me sick getting a bunch of money without even starting the game...... and when he does its the most boring game play ever. there is soooooo many more streamers who put work in, dont beg, and deserve it 1000x more

Yeah Im getting kind of upset that he just got 400 dollars in like, 15 minutes, but he acts like it's still not enough.

I said it before, someone or some people should restart the detractor stream that used to be available during each major meltdown or begathon so that people have a place to speak freely and be less tempted to patronize the direct stream itself.

Have we heard the "weak lungs" bit before? Sounds new to me.
