So now the one girl has the police involved? This story keeps getting stretched thinner and thinner in my opinion but hey, I'll wait around for the truth.

This doesn't interfere with my life one way or the other. Though, I think if some proof was laid out that he took advatage of some of these girls in inappropriate ways, I could see some serious shit going down.

But I am just a passenger on this mayhem filled ride.

Police has been involved in her part for a while now nothing new on her end, she only didnt pursue it further to take it back to the US which she is planning on doing now and she has a ton of evidence to back up her claims, from recorded phone calls, saved text messages, emails, pictures etc.

But im not going into too much detail until she says otherwise same goes for Tiffany

This girl her visits to Phill also date back to when he was still living in the condo before the entire leanna saga started She just kept it all to herself because it was to painfull to talk about and I'm sure many women would have done the same thing in that case.

It's fine if you don't want to answer me, but do you mean that she involved the police in her country or in the US? Because, even though I don't know where she's from, if she only involved the police on her end, that file will probably just have ended up in a drawer never to be looked at again, firstly due to the lack of investigatory powers in the US for these people, secondly lack of access to the suspect and thirdly due to a possible (in many countries even probable) lack of jurisdiction over the suspect for this country's courts, this an impossibility to prosecute. If she did it in the US, to be honest probably the same case unless she offers a watertight or at least very comprehensive case, going after such a case without direct access to a victim is not something that the police or a prosecutor would like to do, probably only circumstance in which she would have any effect would be if she would go there in person to file a report. And if it is what I am inclined to believe you are indicating, I doubt the police will do much after this many years, especially since he has since that time moved to another state, again complicating any actual investigation or prosecution. So I would like to know, if you know and are willing to tell, did she file a report at the time at the relevant jurisdiction, because otherwise I doubt the police will be much help and if she wants to do something, she should stay quiet, hire a lawyer in Washington and file a civil case. Not wishing to rain on anyone's parade, but let's just say statistics are not in her favour looking at criminal justice, especially after this many years

Like you said there is a decent change I know what this is about, I do not know what evidence she has and how it will hold up in court, however (and I know many people will hate me for this as this will leave things undisclosed for a longer period of time) if what you are saying and implying is true, I would advice her not to go on a podcast or to go public with her, if she wishes to follow through on requesting the US to open up a criminal investigation and maybe a subsequent prosecution. Concerning the evidence, it might look like overwhelming to you and her, however it depends on what of that would be admissible in a criminal case, especially if it consists of stuff like screenshots, as these are not always verifiable as not being doctored

I think whats more important right now is for Tiffany to break free of Phill completely instead of staying in a double doubt situation. I'm trying to convince her that Phill is definitely not the type of guy she would want to be with no matter how good he makes it sound. Thing i hate the most is how he used her weakness and feelings at a time she was extremely vulnarable and open to any kind of comfort. So for me i think is important that she understands how Phill really is, i mean lets take leanna for example, look what he used her for the same fate could await her.

No, that's understandable, I was just clarifying as you stated she called you and there a couple different women involved in the story and was wondering if there had been any previous contact with Tiffany in particular. I don't necessarily expect her to be swayed if she comes around here because I think many of the users will think she is fake or will make fun of her for getting involved with Phil (whether they believe her sincerity or not). If she's looking for Phil for comfort and he has already shown her toxic relationship behavior there's probably a lot of other stuff going on in her life for reasons she was attracted to him. The best thing for her is just work on her, maybe go seek counseling,and talk to family and friends that she trusts. I'm glad she has found a resource in you, but it's going to probably take more of a network for her to break free of an existing toxic relationship - and I don't think that this forum is that. In a best case scenario and even if everyone was very kind to her, the only thing people want from her here is dirt on Phil, they most likely don't give a shit about her well being. She should stay clear away and just cut ties with Phil and be done with it Leanna style.
