Funny you should mention, I was having flashes in my mind of this guy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ricardo_López_(stalker) the last couple weeks reading Strokey's unbalanced rants. The similarities are striking, especially once their beloved object hits their trigger (in Lopez's case, fucking a black guy, in Crusty Rusty's case, 'ignoring' him) then all the poison comes rolling out and they start demonizing the object of their obsession. Thankfully Strokey the Snowflake is too stupid to assemble any kind of mailbomb, but that dosen't mean he won't do something directly if he gets the chance to approach her and is 'ignored' again.
(I wanted to link the much more lulzy Encyclopaedia Dramatica page for Lopez, but they're fucking down as usual.)

I had never heard of this Bjork thing, so read up on it and watched the last tape-pretty weird. Then I read an interesting article that talked about stalkers.
It said that the stalker doesn’t really want the celebrity-they want what the celebrity has: fame, looks, a certain lifestyle. It makes them crazy that they can’t have that-the celebrity is just a representation of what they truly want.
These stalker types put them on these pedestals to make it okay that the celeb has what this person wants so bad, but inevitable the celeb does something wrong, to make the stalker to mad and feel like the celeb was undeserving. In Bjorks case, it was datng a black guy, which made her impure and undeserving this Lopez’s mind. Then they really feel like it should be them and they want to take this impure celeb out.
Which is exactly Rusty. He finds the celeb special but his true goal is to BE a celebrity and wealthy and have that lifestyle. And Taylor has had many boyfriends and ignored him, so suddenly she’s not worthy of what he wants. So he sues, he writes Time, he badmouthed her everywhere he can.
He’s moved on to a new celeb (we hope) but one of these days he may find a more vulnerable one he can actually hurt.

You got it. There are copies of the final tape around right up to and including him eating the gun, I suggest you watch it all if you aren't skeeved out by death.
