Question, what exactly does the NDA cover.

Since it doesn't cover:

Dick size
Name
The fact they fucked an escort
The fact they recorded themselves being fucked by an escort
The dates when said escort fucking happened
Details about the clients home
Sexual preferences
Rape allegations
The fact he fucked 5 other different hookers

Just post up the copy that you gave to Null. Since if the above isnt covered by the NDA, i doubt showing the NDA is covered by the NDA.

Only phil can break the NDA and i assume because neger keeps bringing it up, he just needs to say Kimberly for it to break? I don't know maybe im wrong but i dont think anything MW will say about him will break NDA.

If it's just to make more of the same baseless accusations over and over, I don't think anybody cares if you're going to continue to hang around here or not.

What we were waiting for was a sliver of proof, even circumstantial (something that wasn't covered by that alleged NDA of yours), which you've always failed to provide.
I don't even think anybody'd want a '100% absolute proof' that Phil hired you at this point, just something proving you were in the US by the time you allegedly spent time with him : like some receipts for anything you might have bought over there, the used plane ticket, a picture of yourself in front of a Seattle's building...
None of this would break the NDA but at least it would prove that you're not completely full of shit.
But i guess who cares at this point right ? You've already proven that your NDA doesn't exist since you named your alleged client numerous times and made so many baseless claims about him that you'd have broken it 100 times already.

How's that podcast coming btw ?

It sounds like she's making the concession that she didn't think he had someone else, and in fact may have actually thought that Phil was referring to her, but admitted after review that if this woman was real she clearly came at a different time than her. I'm not really seeing the "contradiction." That's more someone talking before they have all the facts and then clarifying their remarks.

Again, where's the contradiction? You're highlighting behavior on the part of Phil that runs counter to what you expect someone rationale to do. While that certainly lends evidence to perhaps MW's story not being true, what specifically does it contradict? That she visited at all. Not really.

Sorry, thats what i was getting at, what else more can she say at this point, its literally all been said so she clearly cant break the NDA no matter what she says and we dont know what phils "rules" are, it just doesn't make sense does it?

I still wanna know about this podcast too.

According to MW, only what the client specifically thinks to include. That is why you should never hire an escort from the PureVIP network, you'd need to hire a $300/hour lawyer to write the NDA for your $300/hour escort if you want any chance of coming out with your privacy intact.

Yeah, I see no reason to keep going in circles about the NDA. That's just the meme excuse she's going to continue using so she can circumvent any meaningful confirmation; And that's despite the fact that Phil has never acknowledged any of the events in this saga as being anything other than works of fiction. Coming at MW about violating this alleged NDA in any manner would be against his own interests, he'd never do it. He might be able to get MW into some trouble in the short term, but it'd come at the cost of destroying his decade long legacy (which means bye-bye house, BMW, condo, blu-ray collection, statues, and vast losses his welfare sources). He's not that fucking stupid.

But like @wohzi said, all we need is a sliver of confirmation. A souvenir, maybe a stub from the luggage you brought, a fucking store receipt from the area during the time; literally anything that could at the very least confirm you were in the area during the times you claim you were. The evidence doesn't have to specifically link back to Phil; Do what you reasonably can to validate your claims.

You keep refusing and dodging opportunities to provide evidence as small as that, and that's what me makes call bullshit on your story.
