Yes and if a star (or, realistically, their PR people) make that exception for literally anyone else (i.e. a dying 12 year old girl), in any way, they must make exception for (and fuck) Russ or else it's actionable as misrepresentation\violation of the ADA\whatever he comes up with next.
I'm susprised he hasn't tried to misapply "the exception that proves the rule" as a legal concept in a court filing yet.
Something else he dosen't realize, every time he throws a vague legal principle into his 'my disabled fee fees' videos such as "offer, acceptance, consideraton" it jars the tone of the entire thing, and gives a strong impression (which is true) that if you don't give him what he feels is his rights, he'll sue you for em. It just completely kills any sympathy that was built up before that point. And still he does it EVERY FUCKING TIME. Cos nothing he can do is wrong.
And thus, Strokey the Snowflake will be a lolcow until the drool-soaked grave.
