Very straight forward what it is alleged to have been. Never went to trial, nor did it ever even get very far in court proceedings, hence it still being in the "administrative stages" as my attorney Mr. Ausband stated. As a result of not going to trial I do not have any further information on the matter. I don't know the specifics, because it has gone nowhere. Maybe you can get a hold of Mr. Ausband and he can provide you more info if you are that curious? I doubt he will tell you anymore than he has told me though, which is not much of anything.

I am not a sovereign citizen. I don't just invent laws. Everything I have stated I can cite, often with relevant statutory language and at times even case law. Sovereign citizens believe crazy shit about drivers licenses, not having to go to court, they try acting like the Articles of Confederation supersedes the Constitution and some more shit. Closest to what I am is if Constitutionalist and a left wing libertarian had a mutant child.

I was told by, I assume the guy who did it, as he was in my Facebook group, that it was Haldol and Versed. It gave me parkinsons like symptoms for about 3 days. Couldn't stop moving or get comfortable and it seemed as if my legs moved by themselves at times.

I remember being sleepy as well and not being able to sleep. This was within a hour of the injection that this was taken at the hospital.
