So about that whole "Can't enforce it" thing. I couldn't find anyone to come out of the woodworks and confess openly but I heard in the eastern Texas furry community ino89777 is not welcomed there because she ripped the ears off a fake DAD's fursuit. But her little minions swarm to cover her ass so I couldn't find anything online. If anyone wants to pursue this matter deeper feel free and then we can discredit my statement or add more to it.
There's something truly scary about a popufur commanding an army of tween-aged girls who are hormonal and ravenous, willing to paint themselves in blood for the sake of belonging to a special group of "exclusives." I have witnessed personal attacks against people who don't want to follow the rules and give a muzzle ring or use a similar name, fur color, etc. The crowd shrieks at the top of their lungs, "yOU cAn'T DO thAt! rEEeeEEEeeeEeEEeEE!" Then they go crying to a facebook mod of the group to get the person banned. The little screaming monsters are satisfied for now.
One of the worst I met in person was a gal who goes by the name Click, her real name Kyla Mesias. She was at a local convention to me and refused to talk to anyone who wasn't famous. She shot constant glares at anyone who smiled in her direction, the air around her is that of self entitlement, made me feel extremely gross when I was in the same room as her. Now I may be on here but in person I give everyone a fair chance to be a good member of society, but when I sat down across the room from her I was hit with a wave of hatred. Most of the admins of the Angel Dragons are self important. Only one who I've met was not, Riley Carbaugh.
Sorry there was another rant. I kind of go off like this when there's a topic I know too much about and most of it with personal experiences. I get around and I'm not ashamed to say that. Lets me into more lives and it keeps my own entertaining to say the least. Sorry again.
