A business degree everyone. I can’t even with this anymore. His utter ignorance over basic aspects of life and business is astounding.

I'm sure legal eagle Phil demands are
"Respect my ten year legacy and buy me that wolverine doll"
With a counter offer of shitting pants and doing nothing

Phil doesn't live in reality. Companies can kill a contract for any reason they want, they have no obligation to tell you the reason.

It's not a contract if it can just be outright canceled for no reason. There has to be a term in it that allows cancellation, and generally, that doesn't mean they can, for instance, get a bunch of work out of you and then cancel it without paying you. Most one-sided agreements like the kind DSP has with some sketchy content factory probably have such a term, though.

If he thinks they can't enforce it, he's a fat, gouty fool.

This retard is out here "clearing the air" to his stream audience and the next time a clueless sponsor contacts him for a deal and gets scared off by a video exactly like the one of him talking shit about the company for making what was a smart move no matter how you frame it, he's going to do the same to them and complain about how detractors took things OUT OF CONTEXT and ruined his life again
Jesus christ

If those terms aren't enforceable in the real world than any term relating to DSP receiving profit from sales would also not be enforced in DSP's 'real world'. I wonder how much OPseat offered dsp since I doubt this much salt is coming from not receiving a free chair

God he's such a fucking moron. He thinks after throwing a temper tantrum and insulting OPSeat that they're going to cave to his demands. And how's he going to "fix this"? No, really, what's he going to do, sue them? For what? It's just more grandstanding for his idiot fans who think little guy just trying to make his way in the world Phil is being bullied by a big mean company.

DSP should join forces with @Skylar Ittner and form a legal superteam to defend the internet from trolls and people who dont actually know how the law works better than, you know, lawyers. Theyll take down their opponents by just blatantly refuting evidence for being "not fair" and there being "nothing he could do" against it.

Definitely agree with the above post, that's what I was wondering. What the fuck does he think he's gonna do? He's going to aggressively attack and annoy them into working with him, and he thinks it's gonna work out?

He says he get's whatever the savings are from someone using his referral code. Which is like 15 dollars on every purchase of an overpriced chair that few if any of his fans were going to buy.

It is clear that he is more pissed off about having to remove that he is being sponsored by someone. Recall how much he trumpeted that he was a "verified" individual on Twitter. This is a nothing achievement but in his eyes it is a way for him to legitimize himself and his business to the small core of individuals who count themselves as his fans. And now he's being sponsored by a real business?! Why how could the detractors be correct that Phil isn't a success. . .he's got himself legit advertising deals!

. . .this salt has nothing to do with lost income and everything to do with him looking like a fool (his own fault for jumping the gun and pimping OPSeat before he even completed the affiliate paperwork) and losing face.

Well yeah he is so there you go.

But in all honesty it's just DipShitPhil acting all tough with his 12 year old audience. None of them have any concept of what's legal and what isn't so if Master Phil says so, it must be true! I honestly wonder at times if he himself is aware that he's a lying sack of shit or does he believe his own hype in this case. If he was to take this to court does he honestly think he'll win?

Phil probably read the big text saying "IF YOU DO THIS WE WILL GIVE YOU A FREE CHAIR AND MONEY" and missed out on "tos: we can terminate the contract if person in question does something that can reflect badly back at the company!"

Guess it's time for him to read out a private message live on stream again, misinterpreting what's inside that message and claiming he is right and deserves a chair.
I guess the real question is if he'll stretch this "controversy" out long enough to hold him over for drama-whoring until his soulmaid gets there.

#ChairGate, everyone.

Judging by past events, he is going to stretch this out until he dies. Chris Furtado, Toby Turner, JohnRambo&Howard, Leanna, the "Swatting", the Machinima and MW saga - it never ends.

Yeah, i cannot think of one pre-stream where he didn't mention the doxing, the swatting and the false copyright strikes.

I have to give it to his fans though, how they sit through that everyday is beyond me.
