Didn't other people who went through the documents claim that the autistic person he dated was high function? Unless you are calling Tonka Saw and Andy Warski mentally deficient they claim that they saw the records and it was an opposing lawyer who argued that she had the mind of a child.

I watched that stream. It went something like this: "she had been doing well" says so right here case closed "SHE HAD BEEN DOING WELL" stop bringing this up oh my god "she spends lots of time on the computer and watching tv" see, she's just a normal person like everyone else stop talking about this holy shit.

So in other words, they picked out a couple okay-sounding bits, and then declared the matter settled. Obviously they are not mentally deficient, otherwise they would have read the whole thing instead of avoiding anything that might contradict this "high functioning" myth they've been pushing. I don't know why they are covering so hard for this guy.

Also "SHE HAD BEEN DOING WELL" is just a second-hand report (something her mother told the psychiatrist) with some caveats:

"High functioning by those standards". She can bathe herself, though she has to be reminded. She can respond to verbal cues, if slowly. Compared to a person who cannot do this, she is high functioning. High functioning is relative to the really rough cases: the non-verbals, the corner-rockers, and the window-lickers. Not high functioning compared to the average person, which seems to be how everyone talking about this is interpreting it.

I don't want to seem like I'm picking on this girl. I'm sure she's doing her best. I only want to point out that a highly-educated 30-something man who thinks it's a brilliant idea to take over her care from her family so he can impregnate her immediately has to have some major fucking issues.

This is the Record on Appeal for JF’s custody case. Idk if any briefs have been filed yet. I just skimmed through it. JF is appealing the permanent custody order, which starts on page 122. The ROA includes all the pleadings and motions filed by the parties and the orders entered by the court (both temporary and permanent). It also includes the report conducted by the court-appointed psychiatrist to evaluate JF. The psychiatrist recommended JF see another psychiatrist for further evaluation, but he refused to comply. Another interesting tidbit is JF was trying to use the rules of evidence to strike claims in the initial complaint. I have not seen anyone try that before reading this ROA, but pro se litigants will always surprise you.

I had a custody case get crazy and scary enough that I had get a gun and tell my family that if anything happened to me to look into the former client. The things you do for your kids, I guess.

I finished reading the psychological evaluation. It looks like the psychologist, Dr. Calloway, thinks that the marriages are attempts at “green card” marriages. He probably thinks having a child will make the marriage look less like a green card marriage. It would also explain why he tries to get married so fast after starting a relationship. Calloway didn’t to diagnose JF, but it looked like she was leaning towards narcissistic personality disorder - uncompromising, never at fault (always the victim), appears to lack empathy.

According to the evaluation, JF has made contradictory statements about his previous marriages. Calloway thought JF’s behavior in his relationships with the plaintiff and a previous girlfriend (who was his lab assistant, I think) were sufficiently similar to take note of their similarities in the evaluation. What’s especially weird is that the police contacted the plaintiff and told her to get a domestic violence protection order. At first, I thought it was a typo or something. It’s not. The screenshot is from the ROA page 143, page 11 of the evaluation.

It sounds like I'm white knighting at this point but I guess I took issue with how people kept insisting she had the mental age of an 11-year-old. People used words like r-tard fucker and other things. I'm gonna say I agree it's very creepy, but it does feel like people exaggerate how bad it is just to get their point across that the guy is creepy. I expect comments like r-tard fucker from amazing cites like this one. It just surprises me at how far, even on open platforms like youtube, how some people are willing to go to get at this cow. They'd even destroy her image or openly disrespect her as a person just to take this guy down.

I'll admit it's odd that he has a fascination with autistic people. It's also strange that he insisted on having a child with her. A lot of people threw accusations also stating that he wanted to stay in the US as a result of said child. He claimed that these accusations were false on a stream where some guy named Johny Fox tried grilling him on Warski Live. His explanation was that he already had citizenship from a previous marriage. As for his interest in why he wanted to stay with her, the best thing I can say is that he has a fetish for autistic partners. We have all sorts of messed up people in the world with their very focused interest in pairings. I'm not a doctor, but I remember reading in a psychology book that odd people are attracted to odd people. In this case, maybe he gets off on having a pairing with someone that needs to be reminded of basic life skills?

edit: The original issue I took with the claim that the chick was mentally aged 11. I never challenged that it wasn't predatorial. I also said that people shouldn't throw her dignity down when going after JF when he has plenty of issues that make him a dramacow. Repeating one last time, it's predatorial and that alone is scummy; don't call her an exceptional individual while you're at criticising the dude that preyed on her autism.
