Good morning everyone! So, there are some details that need de-obscuring and some timelines that need altering. Let me try to help with that.

He was pestering Leanna for quite a while before she finally started talking to him online. Considering they announced they were dating when she was 18 and 6 months old it's a pretty reasonable inference that the pestering phase was while she was a minor. Pestering a woman who isn't interested you with intent to smash that is probably considered molestation.

Now, this is the testimony of some random. I'm certainly not :autism: enough to go back and watch the original camcorder Dark Souls I playthrough in search of it, and possibly dozens of other contemporary vlogs failing that. But that's a very specific fucking timeframe if Phil actually admitted to this. For one, Dark Souls I released in America on October 4th, 2011. And within 2 weeks, he had ragequit and already uploaded his review!

TL;DR: Phil basically kidnapped Leanna on her walk home from high school one day.

The mail order bride scenario is a highly plausible one. Especially if she is sporting broken English and an accent. Her mannerisms will be a Dead giveaway as well.

Now if that is the case, she will have to hang around for a while and need to get married to even apply for a temp green card. I won’t get into why that isn’t as easy as it once was until we have more information on her.

But if she is a mail order bride, he only has so much time on her visa before he has to marry the girl or she gets sent back (I think). This could be his ultimate undoing and 2 things will happen:

Scenario A: She pushes for marriage so she can stay, and he is hesitant. She holds the power at this point because she could easily blackmail him, so him trying to force her to sign a prenup won’t even work. They break up and she gets sent back and all the dirt comes out at that point.

Scenario B: She has his nuts in a vice and he caves and marries her with no prenup (again she has the power). She could easily file for divorce 6-12 months later on the grounds that he treats her like shit and would rather spend 12 hours a day playing video games than be with her (which there will be ample video evidence of to back up her claims). He loses half his money and house and is truly fucked.

These are all hypotheticals but it is something we can dive into more once we hear her speak. An accent at this point will be the nail in the coffin and almost assure us she is a mail order bride.

I don't really by the mail order bride theory (but I'm not ruling it out).
If new soul mate is the same girl from the Christmas pics and she did stay over for early Xmas then that's very unlikely to be a mail order bride. Generally first contact is in the girls home country otherwise bringing them to you cuts out the middlemen profiting from the finders fees. Even as a mail order girlfriend they usually don't come and stay till those "shipping costs for their stuff" get paid.
My money is still on someone in care or group home.
