I'd imagine there are plenty of guys who, under the circumstances, wouldn't think too hard.

Alternately, I'd argue she had little problem getting laid when she was younger. She's not awful looking, but more crucially, schizophrenia tends to start manifesting in one's twenties, and the subject steadily deteriorates from there. Even post-marriage and kids, there was a time when she was able to tamp down the crazy enough that's it's entirely plausible a guy could fuck her before realizing he'd made a horrible, horrible mistake. (Full disclosure, I haven't viewed any of her videos. If she's still getting dick on the regular, my theory doesn't hold and I'll be baffled.)
