Breast size (and pretty much everything else) is defined in students.json. He claimed in a video that he followed the same logic with boobs as he did with hair colors (from red to purple, from half the standard size to twice the standard size).

The only student other than Kokona that has size 2 is, unsurprisingly, Mai Waifu.
Also, the flattest girl at school is also the only evil one.

I think Kokona’s boobs are here to stay, because they are all there is to her aside from being poor.

Few years ago I backed YandereDev on Patreon and it took him like three months to release just a new feature, and then he said like "your game's in development", and I'm like "it should be out in two or three years, oh great, that's gonna take a long fucking time". So I'm waiting for the game to come out, and then like I look at the calendar and, like, "damn, it's four years, where the fuck is my fucking game?" So I look at the website and it's like "the work on the game ended half a year ago". Like, what the fuck? I told him to email me the day it comes out. When it comes out, send me an email. But I didn't get an email. So I google "Yandere Simulator" and there's no game anywhere, it's not like they just put the game on Itch.io, and like "where is the game?" And I'm in disbelief, so I go to the YandereDev's website and I'm like "hey, I backed the game, it says 'the game is finished', I cannot find the game, so where is my game?" And the moderator says "hold on, I'll check with the dev". And he says "oh, sorry, the dev says the game was cancelled, he can't make such a complex game". And IF HE CAN'T FUCKING MAKE SUCH A GAME, WHY DID HE LET ME BACK HIM ON PATREON IN THE FIRST PLACE? LIKE WHAT THE FUCK?! LIKE WRITE ON YOUR SHITTY LITTLE WEBSITE, SO PEOPLE KNOW THAT THE PROJECT HAS HIGH RISK OF FUCKING FAILURE IF IT IS SO FUCKING HARD TO MAKE!
