Multiple people have been injured in an active shooter situation at a high school in south Florida, police confirmed.

The Broward Sheriff's Office is responding to the shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.

The Coral Springs Police Department is asking students and teachers to remain barricaded inside until police reach you.

According to WSVN, at least three people were seen surrounded by first responders and one person was seen being wheeled into an ambulance. There are reports of up to 20 injuries.

One step forward, two steps back. Looking at the Wikipedia article for school shootings, that number is way fucking off (shocking I know). Its a 6th or 8th of that at best. Most shootings at schools since Sandy Hook seemed to have taken place in Colleges. In 99%, they don't even break 3 deaths. A lot of them are either personal vendettas or gang related.

The wikipedia article doesn't include every "school shooting," school shooting being defined as a firearm being discharged very close to school grounds.

Normal gang activity outside a Chicago high school where some gang banger blasts a gat a few times, maybe shoots a rival gang member? School shooting #20 of Chicago this month.

He's probably grabbing from Bloomberg's Sandy Hoax propaganda website which clearly shows minority-majority cities are where most of these "school shootings" happen. It even lists "Attempted or completed suicide, with no intent to injure other person" as a school shooting.
