Super Dash is extremely easy to punish, don't take what Phillip says about muh delay to heart because he's completely wrong. For most characters, it's not safe on block, unless the attacker is in Sparking Blast, and even then your reflexes don't have to be incredible to throw out a reactive launcher, because launcher gives you invincibility to all non-projectile air attacks for a clean counter.

:offtopic:

Phil didn't complain about the Super Dash that much in the matches I've seen of his. I've put a lot of time into the game myself and the Dashes could be better. The main problems being that the hitbox on the Dash is MASSIVE and will often beat normals. Again, the hitbox is so massive that it can even cross you up. The second problem is that 2H (the launcher) is slow so trying to punish a Dash on reaction if it's done at about a quarter screen distance is almost impossible. Same applies to trying to punish a Dash while in the air.

You're also wrong in that the Dash is safe on block. The guy who did the Super Dash can block after it lands.

I would say the Super Dash is pretty much the only flaw in the game in terms of design.

(for the record I'm not going to make or allow a dedicated thread dedicated to her yet because she hasn't really done anything too noteworthy besides being a part of the DSP fandom)

She hasn't done anything in thr DSP Cinematic Universe, but she might have in some of the unreleased comics. Well never know unless they decide to release them or make them into films.

Everytime I have to go to the playlist page, I afraid to click the bottom right button cause I dont wanna get cancer. I mean just look at that... if thats not an instant turn off, i dont know what is...

There was a fake gofundme for dsp's tax problem? I did not know that.
Whats more crazy that someone actually put money in there lol
Why is he calling multiplayer competative?
He isn't competing against any one in any of the game, but guess he tries to sound skilled in front of the few fans he has.

Standard excuse in PUBG: "I didn't see the guy!", what a fun game it would be if you know where everyone was all the time...

In fairness every online multiplayer game can be called competitive. In PUBG you're competing to be the last alive.

Edit - Or are you referencing the fact he does everything possible to avoid the competitve aspect of games?

Sure, you sort of compete against the others in multiplayer to be the winner, something you do in some single players as well, however i think it sounds like he is making himself out to still being a tournament player when he is not or may by it is just me trying to make a clear diffrence between multiplayer and tournaments, though he made that difference himself more than once!

Yh I know what ya mean. He always talks about "competitive play" like he's some kind of pro in all aspects. It makes me laugh how he'll go in to long rants about the "right way" to play whatever game online. 90% of the time he's just parroting a common complaint or making 1 up.

I found something that is new information, at least for me... or just a lie.

So according to DSP, after he made the nazi joke on blip tv... one week later... blip contacted him and told him that he is doing really good and that he is the future of Blip.
But I thought Blip was already critisizing him cause unlike others, he did not do any editing, just uploaded his raw khantent. Anyone remember how it went down?

Most notably, if you look at the all-time cheerers listed on his little leaderboard, 4 of the 6 no longer cheer. The only one who seems to still be around is Fallen1570, and they only have a $4.99 sub with no cheers this month. That loss of whales is going to start catching up.
Tips wise, GTASA was quiet with 'only' 1 $10 & 1 $5 visible tips from 2 regular names that have tipped in the past. PUBG was more active with a troll tipper that DSP even named the videos about, at least 6x$5 from them. Big tips were 3x$10 & a $20 tip from others, add in extras for ~$101.66 in visible PUBG tips, bringing the current February visible tips total to ~$1098.57.

I'll clear up that only the top 3 all time cheerers of BSV, Jezal & GoldenColts have stopped cheering, leaving Deep (most of his cheering was $500+ in April & ~$250 in May and then my understanding is BSV recommended him to be a mod & DSP agreed) next. Fallen1570 has been around for a long while but only became a huge cheerer in December with almost $400 in that month, about $20 less than he'd cheered overall from March to November. theSpiccoli is new, only been cheering since mid November, but does 'bounties', cheering $10+ at a time if DSP achieves some gameplay goal e.g. top 10 in PUBG, win a DBFZ match without losing a character, most recently getting through GTASA's Burning Desire mission without dying.

Is that how Blip.tv worked? Think they sat around with all the higher ups discussing this 1 video because of 1 complaint?

I never followed the specifics of him back then still don't tbh but that just sounds like pure posturing. "I was such a icon of the site they had the CEO fly in just to talk about my future dood, but then some brain dead moron detractor reported me for being racist. That's OK though, everyone loved the video, only the detractor didn't. But because of that everything went downhill."

I guarantee his video was mass reported for what you could argue was a fairly good reason, his entire "joke" was drawn out and ventured from anywhere near appropriate (which it wasn't to begin with) to flat-out mean spirited. Just like his gay jokes, which always boil down to "what a faggot/dyke".

His chat seems to be more willing to shit on him without BSV around. A lot of laughing at him directly when he does stupid shit like blatantly missing all his shots then complaining about lag.

The fuck is up with 'PapaLou' though, there's some serious autism clique going on about the guy because I guess he's a troll but tips so Phil wants to keep him around while all his other fans don't like him?

Actual exchange last night:

Tip: Why don't you like PapaLou

Phil: what the fuck are you talking about dood. I don't hate PapaLou I've never disciplined him for anything, okaaay.

Mod: PapaLou got banned early today...

And then Phil quietly unbanned him lol.

Money talks - not only a decent movie with Chris Tucker and Charlie Sheen, but also the philosophy of Phil's choices in life

More and more Phil reminds me of a cult leader, akin to a Jim Jones, David Koresh etc, he seems to have a some kind of hold over certain individuals, who throw money at him and defend him even when what he's done is indefensible, it's really pretty sad.

He can just spot an easy mark. Phil couldn't charm his way to a blow job in a whore house. A good cult leader needs charisma.

Hold up, I thought PapaLou has been mentioned earlier when Phil very publicly told him that he'd have to stop being an asshole in chat and he had a temp timeout for it as well? What's up with the "never disciplined him for anything" bullshit?
