Like every fucking idiot we find in the West at the moment they don't really know, or understand what Socialism or Fascism actually is and are mostly doing it to be contrarian against the current social norms. They know most people associate Fascism as a "bad word" and so, like racism and sexism, abuse it to the point it becomes meaningless.
They think Socialism will give them some sort of freebie utopia in which their starbucks will always be free and they will be taken care of by the state giving them free money and a place to stay.
Not the reality where the coffee will be cheap, state run chicory and people like them we be declared "defective" due to being a drain on state resources and if proven to be useless to society, stuffed away into an institution with locked doors (or chained to beds as we saw in Romania) or sent out of the way to state-run collectivised farms to pick crops and be beaten until they continue to work or get turned into mulch to grow more state run chicory.
