The wig would help a lot but the man nose is a massive giveaway. Kyle is probably aware of this and probably would like to fix it but the more surgeries trannies do the more apparent it is (big scar on throat to get rid of Adam's apple, e.g.) and the end result looks a bit like a man's face that's been smashed with a meat tenderizer a few times covered up with several layers of makeup.
