What an amazing guy: ". . .by the way, he literally said that, he said, I believe, idiots. . ." So which is it, did he call these folks reporting "idiots" or do you believe he called them "idiots."

Also, that Hassan fellow looks like a piece of work (the Reddit comment about these being millinneals with too much power and too little self awareness is gold), but this seems like a bit of pitchforking given that above audio. Now if Burnell mentioned the guy by name that's another story.

I don't get why it matters if he is his contact. The chances are Phil just did his usual hyperbole. Whoever his contact is probably does know about the "detractors" he also probably knows about Phils terrible history. I wouldn't be surprised if he called the whole situation idiotic, and Phil took that to mean he was 100% on his side. Also wouldn't be surprised if some special did try and report Phil again for no reason so he popped in to check it out.

I'm no Twitch Attorney, but I think a representative of the company not only insulting the eyes on the advertising that makes them money, but suggesting that their ToS is largely toothless would be something that matters.

edit: this is seriously bad for him. troll cheers are effectively gone because they cost too much to do, and his fans have to burn through more bits to support him. notice how on this stream cheering has slowed to a trickle and it's only substantial (but idiotic) cheers from actual mid-tier fans.

I'd say CWC has more weens (or had more weens at one point) and DSP has more A-logs. The SoK would flip their shit over any tiny thing Phil did. I remember when Phil would say something like "Oh I'm gonna do the dishes later instead of now because I can't be bothered." which is fair enough and they'd fucking pause the video and go on an hour rant about how much of a lazy piece of shit he is. I mean there's been people in the thread like "I WON'T STOP UNTIL THIS GUY IS HOMELESS AND LIVING IN A CARDBOARD BOX" and its like ok m8 calm down.

EDIT: Oh and another good example would be just what happened of course. DSP does his "special contact" angle which he always does which is always just some community dude who's been assigned to him and emailed once, and says the guy is a "hyooj fan" which he always says then some staff member comes in to check a report and then drngkiller spergs out and acts like the dude is some undercover spy for DSP and an actual fan of his then a bunch of people start DMing the dude harassing him and asking how they can condone Darksydephil's EVIL ACTIONS and the only response they get is "I dont know the guy, I just came in to check a report I just got about him." and thats all he can say and instead of maybe accepting that its just a random staff guy who came in to check a report on a guy who recently got suspended so is probably being flagged as one to watch, they claim he's lying and then drgnkiller now starts posting a series of random past tweets from him as if it matters? Genuine madness.

CWC related stuff is worst. Everything and anything related to Chris is automatically a ween and has to die, or something around those lines. I feel that DSP weens\a-logs deserve much more to be mocked than those that play around with Chris, like the prequel guy.

Drgnkiller is a lolcow himself. You should see it when someone disagrees with a video game opinion of his. They're trying to get this Hassan guy fired because he appeared in the stream for around five seconds. They're also for some reason believing DSP when he said "My staff contact called them all idiots" even though they're the ones who say DSP is a liar and you shouldn't believe anything he says.
