Good entertainment is kinda an artform but it's not that difficult, you can learn it. But he, after 10 years of a legacy, has not the splinter of an idea how entertainment works. I'm buffled how someone is capable of that. It's like drawing for 10 years, each and every day. But all you can achieve are scrawly stick figures.

I'm not sure if "I didn't know that" is just a habit of saying or if he really defends himself with that. However this is just a stupid phrase. Of course he can't know that. Nobody knows that. This is why the game explains it. I wait for the moment he says the same shit about plottwists.

He doesn't learn because he's convinced he knows everything he needs, and is likely to feel afraid that if he tries to mix things up it won't work as well as what's working now. Phil always goes in doing everything the exact same way because change is frightening.

And yes, he definitely deflects defensively by instinctively saying "I didn't know that" - he does that all the time when he finally understands some game mechanic. He doesn't want to feel stupid for not getting it earlier, or is afraid he was supposed to know it, so he says it out loud more to himself than to anyone else; "I didn't know that, and therefore I am not at fault, everything is okay, relax, you're awesome."

This "its the game, not me" is just another bullshit excuse. Remember when he shat on twitch for changing their slogen from share your gameplay to share your personality. Its always about a streamer.

His claims that it was related to giving bits a monetary value is probably only partly true, and if that's the case then he's not going to be able to mention his taxes now or ever again in the future, nor any medical conditions (at least not in relation to trying to get people to "participate")

I have to agree with Amityville here, watching a grown man blame video games and the people he plays with for his failure and incompetence while shitting on the people watching and giving him money is greatly entertaining and should be watched by the thousands!

Maybe we will see more of Phil's idea of kooky fun:

I'LL BE DRINKING!

Anyone notice what brand of gin he prefers? I am sure he has a very discerning palate.

If it was that, then he's a horrible diabetic. Downs sugar all day, eats like shit, sits all day, gout affecting his feet (which is very bad for diabetics), etc.

This is not outside the realm of possibility. This is Phil after all. He probably thinks:

"What do those fucking idiot doctors know? ACK ACK ACK! I can eat a candy bar every now and then!"

Then he goes into a coma.

In his last stayacation he flashes a bottle of New Amsterdam gin that he will mix with the Sprite he brought with him while showing of the hotel room.
The humor of the clip is when he thinks it is ridicoules that the hotel takes $5 for some gummi bears and $8 for a can of beer, while he demands $20 to answer peoples questions.

Oh, hell's bells. I forgot about that. I cannot fucking wait. As a proud representative of people with actual health problems, and actual bad backs, I think this, if it plays out, will be deliciously bad.
Oh shit they have canned bears? Sounds like a kick-ass hotel.

Always does the same - Expects different results.
Some intelligent humans should understand that there is nothing to lose if you change strategies (he uses a medium where he literally can't really lose anything because it's just a game and not real life). You may even find new ways to win. This reminds me of his fight in Demon Souls (?) where he incisted to fight the giant fire spouting spider at range behind a wall (and misses again and again) and doesn't even get the idea to just evade the fireballs to get close. Always chooses the way of the frightened cheese no matter how stupid he looks by doing it. Lazy, uncreative and uninspired in real life - therefore in videogames (if there is no activity outside of videogames). I'm not astonished.

Let me say I understand how his stubborn narcistic behaviour came to be: Isolation, pressure to be successful, pressure to make money, pressure to be entertaining, a lot of psychological stress. There is a point where you just shut down and say "Fuck it" because there is no other way to sustain the whole situation and you build defence mechanisms. This changes people to the worse. But it doesn't turn them necessarily into narcistic pricks.
A kindly stranger who gets beaten down is still a good person but received some damage and some may pity him, try to help or have some nice words. It's kinda like with "power": Give it to someone and you know what a person he truely is. Phil can't deal with power and he is a shit when beaten down. Because he is a prick from the ground up, which is a sad excuse for handling ... well, everything and everyone.
He had this defence mechanism very early on because he received hate even before his internet business so this formed his personality. And now on top of that there comes this second defence mechanism. U n r e d e e m a b l e.

But I sound like a broken record already; feel like I repeat myself from time to time. But these are the things which "fascinates" me most about Phil.
Mmh. Turned into something for the psychological DSP thread I guess, but eh.

Ranting about people thinking all he eats is fast food because all they see if his DSP tries it.

Of course he doesn't only eat fast food, you mahrahn! He also eats assorted frozen TV dinners, Hungry Man meals, Devour meals, and probably some overpriced sandwiches from the store. If he's feeling really fancy, he'll even thaw out some frozen, pre-cooked, pre-seasoned patties and make """homemade""" burgers. He's so lazy that he ate most of his meals from paper plates until he got his soulmaid to do the dishes. Cooking and using the fine china was such an event for him that he shared pictures of it on every occasion.

Once you become a mature adult, okay, you begin to realize that there's no point in cooking "extravagant meals" (flailing arm gestures optional) when you live on your own. He only has two hours in-between streams! That's barely enough time to strap on some rubber gloves and pour boiling hot water from a coffee mug all over your kitchen counter. He's supposed to cook, eat and clean in that time? Getdafuckouttahere! You'll probably be suggesting something retarded like cooking in large batches and eating leftovers next! Ack ack ack!

His biggest victories of the night:

5000 bit cheer by Sir Noble.
$26 tip simply to hit $100.
Acebest gifts a $25 sub to nightbot.
Multiple gifted subs from Sir Noble.

Oh and apparently that loveseat is in such shit condition, he has to fluff a pillow to sit on. He seriously stopped gameplay to fluff his ass pillow.

His most recent stream just shows what pretty much everyone here, barring the weens, already knew. Phil is best left to his own devices, cause he will most assuredly fuck things up on his own. That's what makes Phil the best cow for me lately, he's a perpetual lolmilk machine.

Compared to Chris, who's all tapped out and needs to be prodded to produce even the smallest drips of milk that isn't even that good, Phil produces gallons of the highest quality khantent by merely existing.

These are the cows of the future people, no longer do we need to rely on low effort bait and cringy trolls for our fill. All we need is to leave Phil to ferment a bit in his juices and reap the harvest when he's fat and ready.

The A-logs are counter-productive for our business. They want to kill the golden goose for some quick gratification. But once he's out of business and they're done circle-jerking each other we have nothing. I say we should make Phils subforum private. If we're all patient with a little poke here and there to keep things flowing, Phil will be producing high quality milk for us to enjoy until 2020 if he doesn't kill himself first.

Sprite? What the shit? I just skimmed a quick review of New Amsterdam Gin, it's supposed to be sweetish anyway. Somebody get this guy a winecooler or a Seagrams and 7. He drinks the shit that loser college guys try to get girls drunk on. I cannot slag an occasional girlie drink, ( I will drink a cosmo with zero motherfucking shame) but Sprite with gin is, well, it's a goddamned shame. Where is the peach schnapps and creme de minthe? If he could get his flabby hands on the gin he could have bought some goddamned tonic.

I must admit, off all the shit trashy shit he does, this pains me more than usual.

Bye, guys.... I'll be drinking.
