Im more into wanting him to play EU4 or HoI4, those games require some good planning and strategy and we know how above average Phil is when it comes to that!

Nah, the $3000 one was a prebuilt he purchased online. You're thinking of the other one that a fan built and loaded with some software for him. Phil paid for it and then said the guy ripped him off, basically, because Phil couldn't make it work the way he wanted.
