Its similar to how all of DSP's prestreams have become noise to me, after you've watched a certain amount you realize that its the same thing being rehashed every day because he's never going to do anything different.

Not really. The whole argument about what I should/shouldn't have done is moot. Especially accusations of using photoshop or OBS.

Do you know how trivial it is to create fake DMs to begin with? There are at least 1000 other things I could easily do in showing pictures of direct messages that no one else on here has access to. It doesn't change that its extremely easy to fake DMs. If you don't have access to the DMs yourself on Twitter then you can't actually confirm shit.

That there is or isn't something else I could show does nothing to "prove" the DMs further, because everything that is shown can be manipulated.

However, DSP really isn't worth that level of manipulation, especially not for such a mundane series of tweets. There isn't likely to be another catfish scamming empire (I fucking hope not). That was a one in a trillion event that you will probably never see happen with another streamer or internet personality again (especially not with accounts that have existed for so long). I can't really change that, all I can do is admit I was wrong in believing the story (which I've done) and try to clarify as much as possible to correct things (which I've done).

Besides all of this shit, don't forget that no mod on Kiwifarms wants anything to do with this subforum. So I can essentially introduce false evidence if I want to and cover up any complaints made about it for the rest of eternity. And although I'm not a Kiwifarms sitewide mod, I can just issue autism points to the point of permanently banning people forever. However, I try to not only not do that, but to also moderate in a way in which people who make simple mistakes do not receive harsh punishment.

I only deleted commentary that was speculating about the identity (which I said I would do when I posted it) and since the source is more valuable than 99% of posters on here, they have earned that respect.

If anyone has proof that I'm faking things, then go and contact the site staff and tell them I'm abusing my power to spread false information. You will get me removed instantly.

It's just such a snake thing to do. There should honestly be no need for like a next level anonymity thing. It's not sensitive information. Props to you @neger psykolog for not exposing him. But You should just say No. And tell people like him to either be a man or fuck off.

I appreciate what you're saying but that's not the way the world works. If people asked me to keep their name out of things and I didn't respect it then its kind of dumb and it'd make an environment in which no one would ever share anything because they'd think they'd get turbodox'd in 17 minutes and have a featured thread on KF.

Loving that DDLC was such a bust that even when Phil went back after the tiny bit of hype it was was lost, it was so uneventful and so far after the meme died that literally nobody cares.

He's trying to cash in on YouTube clicks now for a stream that had maybe 300 viewers total, most of who were complaining about Phil 'playing' a visual novel.

Now he's going back to old games that people only remember because he was a fuck up. Well, he's still a fuck up only now nobody wants to watch him fail to place countries in the correct spot again.

I'm the "editor" of whatever I post and whatever decisions I make are based upon the values I hold myself to. I guess if my posts weren't representative of my values then they wouldn't be my posts to begin with. I wouldn't really call it "journalistic standards," but I still try to place value on things that maybe other people do not see the value in.

What I'm getting at is that whatever reputation someone has on this website or any other is based upon their decisions and actions. A lot of what people are criticizing me for in terms of not fucking over people that message me is an investment that they're not willing to put in themselves:

• If I didn't put effort into my posts then I wouldn't be the supervisor here (for whatever that's fucking worth lol)
• If I didn't respect people's wishes when it came to anonymity then no one would share interesting things with me.
• If I told Kimberlie Brink to fuck off when the christmas tree picture never appeared, then we wouldn't have learned about the Bronsgeests.
• If I told KoP to fuck off then we wouldn't have some of the threads he has made over time.
• If I told you to fuck off then we wouldn't have some of the informative posts you've shared over time.
• If I told this anonymous person to fuck off because they didn't want to post publicly, then we wouldn't have anything.

All of that shit takes patience and the "reward" it delivers is something that isn't that easy to appreciate if you expect magic to happen after 15 seconds of work.

You get the idea the outting a source (even for good reasons or just laughs) is likely going to lead to no one handing you further info in future because they won't trust you.
Plenty of other folks on those boards get Intel from sources that don't want to be named and continue to keep getting it because sources know it won't go bad from them unless their info is shit. The reason the ratking and ADF boards had so much info is we kept sources sweet or let fakers hang themselves by exposing their own autism.
If anything I'm more suspicious of some random faggot turning up with all the info in the world in an attempt to promote their channel or just get some good old asspats.
@neger psykolog has no reason to not protect his source but if the info is fake it's up to him if he throws him to the wolves or not.
If the info's legit then Phil should already know the leakers partial ID so let's see how this plays out and see if Phil outs anyone.

Also, he could've saved time if he just said "I don't play Nintendo games because they get claimed all the time and i can't make money off them, which is something i need right now". (Even though he could attract an audience on Twitch).

Phil needs to stop calling himself a gamer at this point. He's a dude who plays games and begs for money on Twitch. Watching his San Andreas playthrough was the definition of cringe (though it did make me want to play it. I've never played GTA games but it looked like a blast) because he would complain if he failed a mission one time. He'd bitch that he couldn't do what he wanted in the game or that the game required certain mechanics to succeed. Any time a hint of challenge shows up, he whinges like a toddler who's dropped their bowl of ice cream.

And let us never forget, he ragequit a Lego game. Super Mario World on the SNES must have given him nightmares, lmao.

Not to mention the fact that he makes his money on Stream. He can play nintendo games, leave the radio on for GTA all that stuff on stream. He handicaps his own content because of him clinging to youtube where he gets 300 views a video after a week.

On top of that, playing old classics (remastered or not) is a good idea, especially now when there isn't much beng released on console. All of that could be fixed if he would play games on pc though. Why are there so many things that Phil refuses to do that would benefit his "business."

I just don't get his thinking. He says Twitch is his new bae and YT is his side bitch. Yet he still does shit to make sure he gets monetized. Muting music in GTA for example. Which just made that playthrough so fucking cancerous that I stopped watching halfway through.
