....so how long do you people think he has left ?
not saying I want him to die
But it's clear, he's going to eat himself, to death

As much as i dislike him i don't want him to go completely broke, his shit show is far to entertaining, i just want him to learn some hard lessons, eat humble pie and move back to CT, get a part time job and do Youtube/Twitch as a secondary job.

I agree with you, but it's phil. history has proven, he'll never learn.

All this because he didn't know to buy magic potions in a fucking RPG. All well, can't predict the future, nothing he could do, etc, etc.

Reminds me when his autism really shined and he blamed the devs for not being able to jump on some shit in hl2 because he had no idea about crouch jump
"umm no one told me dood nothing i could do umm"

"MAH THAMB IZ KEHLLEN ME FOH PRESSIN DAT MUCH DOOD AEHM NAHT EVEN KEDDEHN"

This is why he feels exhausted, he thinks its the equivalent of digging holes in the ground with a shovel or working in a mine, hard work, miserable pay, aint that right

You could tweet Kat @ChaosReigns to see if humble pie is in her repertoire of recipes but I don't think it is fam :(

@Wurstbrot no that is everything and you are bang on that is all Phil talks about put youtube in there too. Seriously though I am spergers lvl 3 but what fucking level is Phil, it honestly beats Chris Chan at this point but has he ever been tested for aspergers

Kat's role alludes me at this point is she just Princess Leah chained up in the kitchen literally;
She is trembling and hears "DOOD! NOT FAIR I HAV NO HOLY MODELL MAJIK ! ACK ACK ACK Snort"
Kat hears a loud thud - she silences her loud speakers which Phail kindly hooked up for her.
She hears multiple snorts rapidly getting louder down the stairwell. Her left hand clenches to a fist behind her back and her top teeth press into her made lower lips.
The snort echoes the lounge into the kitchen as Phail grunts thanks "thanks" Grabs the entire glass stand and devours all the brownies in 5 attempts.
She hears the pounding of his footsteps dissipate upstairs, she hits play on her phone The Cranberries - Zombie chorus fills the living room.

This is how I imagine her life and I somewhat want to save this caged kitten hence operation - Snortshock Infinite.

Correct me if i'm wrong but didn't like nobody ask for a Secret of Mana playthrough and he only played it because its one of his fave games back in the day that he has beat multiple times beforehand?

maybe he just played it on an emulator using save states and cheats on those computers he used to build from scratch for fun!

DSP is so weird with shit like this. "I wasn't angry, I was upset! It wasn't a rage quit" I'm sure you've heard him say stuff like this before like "Oh it wasn't a Rage quit! It was an annoyed quit! Or an Upset Quit!" like what the fuck is the difference? He gets really defensive over really minor things even if it means it hurts other aspects of him? Like the whole This is How You Don't Play thing, he wouldn't accept being called a shitty gamer but was fine being known as whiny and overly defensive over being called a shitty gamer. The 11 year old incident, wasn't fine with being called an idiot once by an 11 year old, is fine being the guy who shits all over an 11 year old. But again, letting an 11 year old who calls you an idiot once get to you about that. "Oh she ATTACKED ME I'm not gonna let someone just throw a SLEW OF INSULTS at me like that!" is his self confidence that low that something like that gets to him?

And again, isn't fine with people saying he ragequit again but he's fine with it being called an annoyedquit or upsetquit? What. You can't say DSP was mad at Secret of Mana but you can say he was upset at it? I'm guessing it's because there are parts of him he's self conscious about more than others?

To be fair to Phil he wasted all his magic fighting the dark lich by casting every type of magic except light magic and yelling, "I can't hurt him! What the fuck! Nothing I do is working! This is stupid! This is impossible!"

What kind of idiot game developers would just assume the player would know to use LIGHT magic on the DARK lich? Fucking puzzle bosses.

He's super insecure. Not in a way that most people are insecure, but abnormally so. He's defensive over the dumbest fucking shit that no one except him cares about.

Regular person: "nigga this game is dumb im kinda exhausted from it so im gonna play something else. maybe i'll pick it up again in a week"
DSP: "Update and apology about Secret of Mana (long post): Sadly tonight, I got screwed, and the playthrough is over.

While playing the finale of Secret of Mana on stream, I fell victim to an incredibly outdated, archaic, and unfair game mechanic that made the end of the game unbeatable. I'd have to completely re-play the final dungeon from the start (including all bosses and puzzles) which would be about 2 hours of repetition that nobody wants to see, and I quite frankly don't want to play. I'm extremely frustrated that Square Enix re-released this game as a remastered edition and did NOT remove this game-crippling scenario.

SPOILER ALERT: If you want to know the scenario, read ahead, but this WILL spoil the end of the game! HOWEVER it may save you from wasting hours of time.

In the final dungeon (the Mana Fortress) you have to face a gauntlet of difficult bosses, enemies and puzzles until you fight the next to last boss, Dark Lich. This boss only has one major weakness: light magic, which only Primm has. This forces you to use Primm's magic over and over, depleting her MP. Unlike Popoi (your other magic user), Primm has no way whatsoever to recover her MP besides restoration items, which you'll find yourself using quite a lot in the Dark Lich boss fight. I found myself finishing the fight with ONE MP, and no more MP restoration items (I was going for a more classic approach to the game and did NOT increase the number of items I could hold in my inventory, and left it at the original 4; so I was totally out after this fight, but I had a ton of restoration items I figured I'd use in the upcoming boss fight). HOWEVER, the true final boss (Mana Beast) isn't a true boss at all, but instead a puzzle: in order to hurt it, you need to have both Primm and Popoi cast a new "Mana Magic" spell on Randi's sword to transform it into the True mana Sword and deal damage to this boss. If you have MP, the final boss is incredibly easy. If you don't, the game is essentially over. With only 1 MP on Primm, I'm only able to attack the final boss a few times, then the sword's transformation runs out, and the boss is unbeatable bc you can't hurt it with anything else in the game.

So why is the playthrough over? BC you never have an opportunity to save during the Mana Fortress at all, nor are you allowed to leave and restock on items. You HAVE to beat it all in one shot, or nothing. The game auto-saved RIGHT AT THE START OF THE MANA BEAST FIGHT, so essentially it locked me into a no-win scenario. How could Square Enix have fixed this? Simple: since the final boss is just a puzzle anyway, make the Mana Magic spell cost ZERO MP for both Primm and Popoi. This changes nothing about the outcome of the game, doesn't make the final fight any easier, and makes it fair for those who didn't know this situation was coming.

In order to beat Secret of Mana, I'd have to COMPLETELY re-play the final dungeon, the Mana Fortress, over from the start, which would take roughly about 2 hours of my time. I refuse, because I have better things to do, and won't waste that time when I can be better enjoying other things. There's no excuse for bad game design like this in 2018; if I were playing this on the Super Nintendo/Famicom, THEN OKAY, it's acceptable; but Square Enix fully knew this flaw existed, then re-released the game without fixing it. That's completely unacceptable in the modern gaming era.

Therefore, I'm done with the game. I've participated in every fight and seen everything except for the ending, so essentially I've done a full run of the game. I apologize to those who wanted to see me experience the ending, but it's the extreme laziness of Square Enix that is to blame here.

Sorry to those who are now disappointed, but that's life, I guess."

"...because the viewers didnt want me to do it... people still lie to this day say i stole peoples money and im a scam artist... all the evidence is literally in yout fucking face on the internet..."

After this, DSP said he would be totally okay playing againts LTG in the anniversary collection. I know LTG hates DSP but maybe we should ask him, Maybe I will.

@neger psykolog im not sure if you okay me posting these bits here, but I thought maybe some of us wanna listen it, plus a few times I used the search function of this forum to find a quote I posted earlier so thats why Im doing.

The real reason for this long explanation for not finishing the game is because when he quit his audience told him if he quits the detractors win. He has to do a preemptive strike before any of his viewers hear about him getting owned. I didn't quit guys, the game was broken and I couldn't beat it. Nothing I can do. And if you hear anything to the contrary it is all idiots trying to slander me again.

That just sucks for the regular viewers though, imagine not being able to afford the game for whatever reason, you decide to watch him play it. Whether because you like him or your preferred streamer has dropped the game (everyone I follow who played it dropped it as well in fairness). You get all the way to the end of the game and...Nothing. All because he's a fucking idiot who lies about having played it before.

Wonder how many of his "fans" immediately jumped on his dick to defend his childishness. "Don't worry, shit game anyway".

Doesn't matter, you get to a certain point of any game. The implication becomes "I'll finish this for you".

Quitting another game is just boring and predicable af.

Do people really watch streamers because they can't afford the games? I'm not shitting on them or anything, its a legitimate question.

I'm actually pretty surprised at how much it costs ($40) for a remake.

Not necessarily because they can't afford games in general. More like can't justify paying for a certain game. Would you pay $30 for a remake of a 25 year old game? I wouldn't and I've seen quite a few put off by the mediocre reviews.
