It was part of their NDA and conditions agreement.

“In addition to cooking and cleaning and preparing no less than one dessert to be displayed in a glass dome a week, the maid (aka Kat), requires a PS4 Pro and 4K capable gaming monitor or the Soulmaid/Girlfriend business arrangement contract is null and void. These conditions are non negotiable and the maid is free to alter the conditions as she sees fit without notice until the contract is up or the NDA is broken by either party. “

It’s all very technical. It’s a well drafted contract from the terms I read.

That's her ASUS screen from February 14 (before they went to gay stop and got a PS4 Pro).

I can't tell what model it is exactly, but it looks very to a 24" model that ASUS makes (which is 4K):

So I guess the question is, is that the PC she had before she moved in with Phil or did he buy it for her the same way he's apparently buying her a phone and such.

Basically, we know she upgraded her PS4 when she moved, who's to say she didn't get a new computer set up as well?

Phil had to buy her clothes, a license, etc. She showed up with the clothes on her back and nothing else.

Nah I doubt it. He seemed really assmad that she might have a PS4 pro and he didn't have one. He essentially got financially cucked by her ability to use her tax return to purchase the PS4 pro.

Plus her apparent unwillingness to mix her finances with his kind of shows that although she may not be wealthy she is at least financially independent. I do think he is probably helping her to buy shit though, but I don't think it goes as far as buying a whole PC.

The question is, why now and not a month ago? He must have been bothering her and bothering her to do this shit.
Actually two theories - First is the comparison to Leanna being revealed in February got to him so he waited until March, or the more likely one that she wanted nothing to do with the online on camera stuff and thats why she went into dead silence and he stopped showing her off but he kept badgering her to do it. "OH KAAAAAHMMAAANN KAT, THEY KEEP SAYING YOU'RE NOT REAL!"

She shipped the Computer and Monitor over. He picked them up at the FedEx next to his house and set them up for her before she came. This is when he played Overwatch on her account and did amazingly well in Bronze League against Medium AI.
The PS4 Pro was bought with her tax refund (at least that's how Phil explained it).

Oh god, the bit where Kats telling her interests and Phil looks SO disinterested and he's just bobbing his head up and down constantly like he's listening to Metallica or something. He doesn't even press her on stuff or ask her to elaborate or anything. "I don't like racing games." Doesn't ask stuff like "What about stuff like Mario Kart though, kind of party/racing mix?" He just shakes his head around like Stevie Wonder and patiently waits for her to shut up.

And 8:13 "Obviously I love Skyrim, I'm sure Phil's told you that." Phil then looks at the camera and gives a slight giggle. He giggled because Nope, Kat, he hasn't told us that. In fact he hasn't told us shit. All he's said about Kat at all is she likes to clean, she can cook, what she can cook and soon she'll have a job to bring in more money.

Phil is so full of shit, people that have no experience making videos or even standing in front of the camera don't look as bad as what Kat looked like.

She legit looked uncomfortable sitting next to him, almost like he forced her to be in that video. It's sad and honestly if there was a way to contact her I'd say no doubt that many of us would offer to pay for even an uber ride to get her the fuck outta there.
