That aireinlord guy said he visited the CT condo once and yes it was extremely small. From DSP's youtube videos it makes it seem less cramped than it is.

Why? He'd still keep paying for it just to spite the detractors he so desperately tries to show up with his extra house. Doesn't matter if it's filled with squatters, cockroaches or a meth lab or if it just plain burns the fuck down, Phil will never let that damn condo go.

This is a recent trend. Prestreams used to be about 30 min and originally were only 10 min.
