Professionals who marry their identities to a specific name that can be used to trace their home location seldom freak out enough to need to relocate unless they are melodramatic assholes. Everyone who uses their real names professionally end up with a deluge of hate from time to time, some of it virulent, and 99.99% of it is just some asshole spouting off and the remaining .01% is often made up of people too marginalized in some manner to organize an attack.

A) her new family post-divorce now that her ex-wife has drifted so far away

I don’t believe she got communication from weirdos I think the “cute guy” in her building she was posting about going out with turned out to be creepy after she had sex with him.
