Also it's quite annoying that she insist KF is a "bunch o' kids", after reading hundreds of comments on different topics I'm 100% sure people here are on a rough average 28-35 and I've seen 2 members who are probably 50+. But it's even more annoying that she insist the posts here purposely omit her "good behavior", I've personally looked for more material before and after stumbling into KF, just couldn't find anything that wasn't already here.

It's worth noting that those who show unconditional support to her without even touching KF are people who're severely insecure about their own identities, and this is important because it means her hug-box it's a house of cards, I've seen this scenarios irl and I know the consequences when the house collapse and those who occupy said house have little to no mental resilience. Makes me wonder what's gonna be the scale and result when tumblr shut the doors.

My favorite part about PK apologizing, is that she will say things such as "I was young back then!" which is a perfectly reasonable thing to bring up. We all did dumb shit when we hit puberty.
This is then followed by a "but" every time however, because she can not fully apologize for it. She needs to try and explain why that behaviour was okay also.
We had this entire issue with the comic where the elefant got raped by the cat. She aplogized for it as she took it down, but then went "but it totally was consentual and you guys just don't get it!"
That just is not an apology. Apologies is about seeing your mistake and taking action to rectifying it. About understanding what you did wrong, why you it was wrong and to learn from it so you do not repeat it again.
PK however, will also apologize for it and then continue the BS at a later point. Hence why most if not all apologies given, simply do not count in my eyes.

let's approach this problem from a financial standpoint. the standpoint of "would i pay this person to draw my furry porn"

the answer is no for so many reasons. let's start off from the most obvious and work our way down.

1. magenta. my character is not magenta. none of them are. i do not own any characters with colors anywhere near the purple spectrum and pk is incapable of drawing anything that isn't covered in goddamn purple. it's one thing if this is some artsy atmospheric piece (pk doesn't draw these, ps shoutout to lingrimm lmao) but when all of your art is the same shade then it isn't special anymore. i wouldn't pay anyone that only drew in yellow either.

2. consistency. pk has no consistency. i commission lots of artists and even the highly skilled ones manage to fuck up super simple frontloaded, obvious details. i've had to correct people that charge hundreds for this shit over GLARINGLY OBVIOUS shit. imagine how many redlines i'd have to give glip, who can't even draw their soulmate and fursona, neon, with any form of anatomy or consistency. the answer is a lot. pk personally identifies as this character and still cannot be fucked to draw them properly. what makes you think she'll give a fuck about some rando's oc she doesn't even talk to?

NO ONE is above fucking shit up in commissions.

3. communication. is there even any guarantee i'd get work in progress shots? these are super important so the commissioner can see if you fucked anything up. this is fine, because 99% of commissioners aren't intimately familiar with your design. pk strikes me as the kind of person that will take my money, say she's working on it, and then fail to contact me for six months before finally handing me something that merely resembles what i paid him to draw, and i have no chance to say "hey you kind of fucked up a lot of things here."

the other half of this is so that the commissioner and artist can get on the same page on what the pose should be. no one is psychic and what's in your mind isn't the same idea the commissioner gets when you describe it to them. communication is super important and if you don't communicate it leaves us in the awkward gap between contacting you again in case you forgot about the commission and trying not to contact you too much in case we come off as obnoxious or impatient.

4. redlines. pk cannot handle criticism. like, at all. something tells me if i had the AUDACITY to draw over his art so i can tell her what she did wrong he'd utterly flip shit and bitch me out for it. i've never once seen glip actually take criticism positively and all this does is tell me she'd be a complete nightmare to commission. never commission an artist that can't handle criticism. i'm not about to pay someone to render art for me, help them in the process of doing this so the result is more satisfactory for all involved, and then get bitched out for it because i told them "you forgot his thumb"

5. cock lmao. my character also doesn't have a noodle tentacle dick and i really, really do not care to see a character i may or may not have an attachment to be rendered with a strange turnip cock. pk only draws weird dicks and i'm not into that.

That, and because PK’s art is mediocre at best now. Her pre-2016 art was actually really nice imo, but her general laziness and declining style has turned her work into a scribbly, unappealing mess that lacks depth and cannot hold a candle to her older works.

I would probably commission PK if her art was the same quality as it was in her glory days, but it just isn’t, and it never will be again.

I actually commissioned Glip for art, like 6 years ago.

They got the piece done the very same day I contacted them and paid them. So I can attest to the fact she, was, at least at some point, quick about getting owed art out fast. I didn't see any progress shots though. But it was mentioned earlier that she was doing owed patreon rewards out of order and that seems pretty sketchy for me. If I paid first I'd like to be first in line.

I wouldn't pay her for a commission because she has absolutely no interest in anything outside of Floraverse and/or her favorite media (but mostly Floraverse). PK only accepts commissions for drawing her own Floraverse characters, and rarely, if it's a fan Floraverse character she will not put in effort for it because she's selfish.

There's also the fact that PK could also end up tracing over a reference piece instead of actually drawing it if she really doesn't give a fuck.

most commissions revolve around the commissioner telling the artist what kind of scenario or characters they want drawn. the only times the artist draws whatever the fuck they want is if they're selling premade ideas (ych auctions, "10% off if it's about zelda") or the commissioner just outright says "fuck it, do whatever you want".

so while the chance is low that pk will draw shota rape porn the chance is still high that she'll mangle the shit out of your OC. remember what happened when glip "interpreted" other people's characters in floraverse

I also like their style much more than PK and here's hoping they continue with their work because there's so much character in that one screenshot.

Glip is still claiming the sick and dying characters from call sign ARE the cameos, but how is that the case when the day of drawing that page she was on twitter asking new people if they wanted their characters featured for free?
