Phil didn't start hosting people on Twitch til fairly recently. I remember thinking how it'd be a good way for him to get his stream out there. You host them, and then they return the favour. It's how friendships and communities are started.

Phil probably doubts any substantial gain could come from hosting another stream, so there's only a few he does (he's not hosting anyone right now, for example). I imagine those choice few also reached out to Phil the same way Tolomeo did :/

Maybe Popsicolo was "sneak dissing" DSP. As in, Popsicolo sees Phil's "art" in the same way Duchamp saw a toilet as art...

For sure, I doubt DSP will actually do much to mess this up unless he sees the shit that happens amongst Tolo's community with people like me going in on things Snort does and discussing his life as those detractors do. I don't think Tolo would call him a friend, but they are certainly amicable as I said.

Nah, Tolo hosted him as joke and/or pity and DSP took this as a gesture of kindness and since DSP saw Tolo's viewer base I'll be cynical and imagine he would try and play buddy. Since Tolo is so chat-oriented that DSP could go in and talk to him and develop some sort of friendship. He probably would do the same with Cryaotic who hosts DSP purely as a joke from time to time but since Cry's chat is so absurd I don't remember seeing DSP return it. I feel like it is done more as a friend than an attempt to grow viewership in the case of Phil, as odd as it may sound.

It wasnt a toilet, it was a fountain! Im honestly surprised DSP's fand are that cultured... I mean it's just art history 101 and knowing Duchamp is like knowing Matisse but i just didnt peg Phil's chat as being worldly...

The dude himself couldnt put Spain on a map in the geography quiz portion of 'Bully'.

Using Google to back me up, it was a urinal that Duchamp titled "Fountain". So we can both be right! (Unless I missed your joke, then wut-evs).

Popsicolo is some sort of 'Avant-Garde appropriating' hipster. From what I've seen him post in DSP's chat, he's a streamer that watches things like Warhol's Blue (which has got to be bullshit cuz TOS) and Un Chien Andalou (possibly bullshit). But, yeah, being a guy that name drops arty artists is just his schtick.

We're well past the days of needing to be in a university to hear about people like this. It is frustrating to see the names of original souls abused by idiots. It's easier now than ever for a Popiscolo to Google Image search "fucked up shit" or something for the lulz and attach himself to the more arty looking search results.

One of Phil's bigger donators has a picture of Camus for an avatar. So who knows what the fuck they're thinking.

That or i don't believe, DSP twisting the narrative like he usually does....he probably has the dashboard and the chat next to each other in 200x since he doesn't wear his glasses, it's probably impossible to him not notice a pigroach was banned, i mean, his pig tail would probably be tingling if said danger would've happened

No, I doubt it. As I said earlier in the thread, from how I see Tolo's stance on Phil it's fairly neutral. He's not going to try and fuck with Phil, but he probably won't try and befriend him actively. Tolo as I've seen has always made an effort to just be his own person and do his own thing in his corner with his little niche of people - and he sort of just got dragged up in with Phil. I think it's more a question of if Phil messes anything up, when how and why I couldn't say.

Matt jarbo is a fucking joke and getting ripped to shit by everyone atm. The fact he wants to colab with dsp to save his business is icing on the cake

Yeah i was suggesting that the idea of a automated ban was ridiculous. Some manual action had to be taken, and I know you have to have some priority to have a human to take a look at it. The question is why they would give any priority to DSP. I honestly wish for twitches own sake that they delete him. I was the customer and Phil was the beggar. He have just received and he doesn't deserve their attention or money.

Well it'd only make sense since most problematic accounts are probably directed at specific streamers.

Interestingly, I don't think many websites perhaps maybe camwhore sites use a similar model for handling reports.
