He's trying to provide evidence for PK/Marl to use in court, and I guess he assumes the owner of that Tumblr is going to be the litigant. Dunno how that one's going to work out for him.

(b) Discovers or reasonably should have discovered that his or her injury was caused by the sexual abuse,

Ê whichever occurs later.

For a civil case.

It is recommended (this is from them, not my words) that the victim in the first leaked chat logs report to the police or the FBI yesterday. The statute of limitations is not up at least civilly, and soliciting bestiality porn (apologizing afterward or not) is state and federally illegal and will get investigated if the victim reports now. The legal professional said that waiting is not advised. Hop on it now.

This is a big part of why I strongly disagree on taking down every page, despite all the people here that agree on doing so, even if the victims report it, now it's gonna be harder to get them in a chopper.

The good thing is that their chances of doing it again after certain time had been severely crippled.
