It's an acronym for Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist. It should mean an extreme feminist who hates men so much she refuses to accept anyone who even once had a penis as a woman. In actuality, it just means anyone who recognizes the obvious physical reality that people with XY chromosomes who are physically normal, no matter what they do, are biologically male.

Despite their origin as acronyms, these are actually just both snarl words that mean nothing. Even the most vociferous of so-called TERFs, like Cathy Brennan, actually oppose things like the bathroom laws targeting trannies. So-called SWERFs also generally are not hostile to sex workers themselves, but to the bullshit narrative that sex work is some kind of empowering thing rather than the nasty, exploitative, morass of capitalism at its worst often to the point of actual slavery.
Both terms really mean "people I disagree with." They might as well just call them Nazis like the rest of the SJW movement calls anyone who deviates in the slightest from their bizarre ideology.

(I have to say that's not a totally stupid price for an unakite that size because although it's really common to the point where it was flavor-of-the-month among jewelry sellers last year, it's decently polished, plus you do get that actual macrame, not just raw hemp twine scratching up your neck. I'm not convinced that account is a pure Tom sock. The person or persons using that account seem to use capital letters and punctuation. That's not common for a journalist of Tom's stature. There was also a post I caught about buying their mother a bagel from a Jewish bakery. We know Tom wouldn't do that.
The account does seem to be interested is many things US, but there are posts a out things happening in Melbourne, so I'm not sure. My guess is that the account is shared or possibly Toms only trans White Knight.
Honestly don't think Tom could type in mixed case with punctuation long enough to pretend it's not him doing the posting.

I've been going through that Facebook (up to December 2017) and I don't think it is Tommy. I think it's someone who just wanted to defend Tommy and didn't know a thing about him.

Tom getting a less informed "facebook friend" to lend him their account would explain both the seemingly legit nature of some of the posts and it's propensity to white knight for Tom only to turn around and delete posts or go into hiding when called out.

Someone deciding to white knight someone once doesn't mean they're friends with the person. There is no indication that they're friends or have the same friends. Not to mention they don't even like Jewish people. Their posts and their friends posts aren't something he'd like since he claims to be Jewish.
